when the deo. comes in contact wid the skin it evaporates(alcohol vapourises at a very low temp) thereby absorbing latent heat(the form of heat that cant be felt,but comes into play when there is a change in state)and cooling the skin.

We feel cool when we apply deo etc on our bodies b'coz it contains alcohol as base n when our body comes in contact with it,we get a cool and tingling sensation.it is the same sensation like when before an injection the nurse wipes our hand with surgical spirit,thats also chemically alcohol.

Compressed gas is very cold when released into atmosphere. Also any propellant or chemicals like alcohol evaporate on you skin giving a cooling sensation.

deoderants are volatile in nature, so they evaporate even at lower temperatures also, consuming the body heat, thus leaving a colder body behind, therefore the cooling sensation is felt when ever a deoderant is applied.

It actually does attract the opposite sex sometimes but apply too much & you might chase them away.

if its aerosol, droplets containing mostly alcohol will arrive on your skin. they will then steal heat from your skin to evaporate. which will make you feel fresh (which is probably an effect planned by the manufacturer).

deodorant contains alcohol and when alcohol is on our skin, it evaporates thus leaving a cool feeling.
