I'm kind of stuck on some problems on literal equations and formulas. Can someone help me? Also can u show me how u solved it?

Solve for x and indicate any restrictions on the values of the variables.
5ax-c=4c+ax
p(x-1)+7=r(x-4)

Solve each formula for the indicated variable. Indicate any restrictions on the values of the variables.
A=ptprt, for p
A=1/2h(b1+b2), for b1
E=i(R+r), for r

Solve for L
S=2(Lw+wh+Lh)

if i try to integrate a fraction with a sum of two fourth powers in the denominator, there are two different ways: 1) using the partial fractions of the fraction or 2) using substitution. there is a difference in the answers (my answers are right, i checked them with friends, and if i plot the graphs leaving out the +c they are the same except for the y intercepts).

can you account for the difference in the answers?

Every so often there is a bug that crawls up out of our drain. It has a little tan body with a bunch of long skinny legs. I looked up centipedes and millepedes, but it' doesn't look like any of the pictures.I saw. Does anyone know of the bug I'm talking about?

I'm supposed to have my ankle fixed -- I have stage III avascular necrosis of the talar dome, chondral defects, marrow edema, and a talar fracture. I'm not looking forward to the prospect of general anaesthesia -- would a nerve block be apropriate, since it's an extremity, and if so -- what are the complications of a nerve block?
