i'm curious about Herbal medicine and i want to read about it without having to deal with fake internet versions of "infomericals".

I don't know of any Chinese ones, but the closest two that I can think of are "Mysterious Healing Secrets from Around the World" by Jeffrey Laign, and the one I like best is called "The Complete Illustrated Holistic Herbal" by David Hoffman. It really goes into detail about how to identify herbs (there's a picture for every single one listed in the book), how to make your own herbal remedies such as extracts, tinctures, teas, lozenges, salves, etc. Also has a few recipes scattered around and has a seperate section that goes into detail about the different systems in your body. It's pretty much the best book I've come across yet when it comes to herbal medicine.

Hope I've helped.=)
