find all value(s) of c in the interval such that

f'(c) = [ f(-1/2) - f(-3)] / [ (-1/2) - (-3) ].

If the "Mean Value Theorem" does not apply, state why.

Brazil won world cup in 1994. Before Brazilian won world cup in 1970. If the figures adds up, result is: 1970+1994=3964. Germany won world cup in 1990. Before Germany won world cup in 1974. Look: 1990+1974=3964. Argentina won world cup in 1986. Before Argentina won world cup in 1978. And: 1978+1986=3964. Using similar accounts we can guess wo is world cup winner in 2002. 3964-2002=1962 in 1962 world cup won Brazil. Let's check when Russian will be champion! They have never won in world cup. It will be 0(zero). 3964-0=3964. Yeees!!! Russian will be champion in 3964!!!

Okay, I'm not a conspiracy nut, but come on! Critics have been speculating this for years and now, the footage is missing? How can you misplace the footage of one of the most historical events of mankind? I think that technology now would be able to tell wether the footage was real or not, so they "misplced it". Does anyone else find this odd? The story is below:
