Hi!
Lets check out the contenders...
The Komodo Dragon weighs in around 154 pounds at a length of about 10 feet. It can run briefly at a speed of 13 miles per hour and does like to hunt for live prey. It has long sharp claws and bacteria laden teeth that brings death to any who have the misfortune of being bitten. It is known to hunt pigs, deer, and water buffaloes. It has been known to kill humans. It has a life span of around thirty years, but can trace its ancestory back 200 million years.
The Bengal Tiger weighs in around 500 pounds at a length of about ten feet. With sharp claws and the longest canine teeth of any feline species, it is known mostly for it's sheer power. It can snap the spinal cord of smaller animals or apply a suffocating bite on larger animals. It likes to hunt deer, water buffaloes, and the occasional young elephant or rhino. It has also been known to kill humans.
I am going to have to place my bets on the Tiger. However, the Tiger needs to beware the Dragon's bite if it wants to relish its victory.
This was fun!!!
;)

The Bengal Tiger Is Way Too fast For Komodo To Catch . Stilll Then We Will Think Bout The Animals Instinct , Komodo Catches Small Prey singly but while attacking larger animals they attack in groups like that of the African Wild Dogs . Komodo belongs to the lizard family and lizards have the ability to change colors. Even If Bengal Tiger Gets Into the trap of komdo it will have the ability to escape since its faster.

Tiger, for 2-3 days at least.
theopane, with wikipedia references, pretty much nailed it. However, even if the tiger somehow avoids the deadly bite of the dragon, the lizard's deadly cocktail of bacteria is not limited to its mouth, but also to its skin. You probably know that the dragon's hide is very tough, enough to cause at least a few lacerations in the tiger's mouth.
The bacteria will then enter the cat's bloodstream through those cuts, and soon will die of blood poisoning. As of now, nothing except the dragon can withstand this deadly mixture of bacteria.

The big cat is faster and stronger...but the bite of the komodo is toxic and if it managed to land a bite the tiger would have an empty victory and not survive even with it killing the dragon

The big cat would win without much effort.
I have seen a video clippings of the tiger killing a crocodile that tried to steal its hunt. Tigers are very strong and really brave creatures
