Trying to Conceive - June 2006

its 1and 1/2 years since we married and we r tryimg for a baby..so far nothing happen.and when me & my hubby do sex im not getting any feelings and obviously not reaching the orgasm.but im preventing like i am having my orgasms and feelings..my question is whether i will not get pregnant if i dont have feelings and if i dont reach d orgasm when i intercourse with my hubby?

I am now atleast 4 days late of having my period. I took a test 3 days ago, the results were negative.Could that have been to soon to tell? I've been having a few symptoms, breasts sore, very hungry, nasea, headaches. Should I retest?

Just trying to find out how common this is. For the last 4 or so months I have had really tight pulling pains around ovulation. On one occasion I was doubled over on the floor and had to call a paramedic!

Do any of you insist on always being at home for baby making where you have everything you need (big pillow for hips, etc) or does anyone get spontaneous every once in a while and break out of the "missionary position at home" mold? Does anyone have any notions that home is the best/only place to conceive a baby?

What exactly does this mean? I was told my cervix is facing the inner wall. Does this mean I cant have children? I so badly want a child or two. It saddens me if this may be the case. Can someone enlighten me on this subject

Is it okay to have normal periods during pregnancy? I have never have breast tender/aches before. The only symptoms I have before I get my period are cramps. Just this once my breast felt heavy & ached. But now that my period is over, I still have tingles here & there. I didn't care for sleeping, but now I NEED my 12 hours of sleep plus a 2 hour nap. I know I have to get a test but I need advice. I crave a lot now & I'm picky with food when usually I'll eat anything thats on my plate. I have irregular periods & I just ended mines like a day ago. Is there a chance that I could be pregnant?

In 2001 I went to a Dr. because my husband and I had been TTC for almost 2 years with no luck. He ran tests and bloodwork and said I had PCOS. Ok, so I had to stop going to him because We had no insurance, was never treated for it in any way. 2 years after that I got pregnant with my son, without any medication. My son is almost 3 now and were ready for baby # 2. We tried for a year then I went to another Dr. (I hadnt had a period in almost a year and have all symptoms of PCOS) He ran all the same tests and said I was fine. No PCOS. He prescribed Metformin to regulate my cycles. Ive been taking it for a lil over a month with one period so far. Whats the deal?? Did I or do I still have PCOS? If theres nothing wrong with me why do I still have the symptoms of PCOS?? HELP?? Any one got any advice?

hey gang, anyone there have any advise about my situation? My wife and I of 2 yrs are so eager to have kids. Last week she was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer. After finding this out, our chances of having kids is down to nothing. I have 2 kids of my own from a preivous marriage but we've been trying for 6 years now. How can I comfort her now after the procedure is completed that we will no longer be able to have kids (of our own). I've told her many times that we have each other, my kids which my oldest (9) decided to spend the summer with us, a new home, new job, good health and so forth but this is a major blow to us and she goes to sleep crying since the news. Anyone have any thoughts? please let me know. I don't know what to say so she thinks I don't care. I know she's mad but I don't want her to be anymore.

Me and my fiance` have been trying to concive for a little over a year now. No luck at all. My menstral cycle is normal, and when I went to the doctor everything was fine. I check my ovulation should be normal, and i've been taking prenatal vitamins for the folic acid. Any suggestions? I'm thinking of trying the ovulation pill clomid. Is that a good idea?

I have had two miscarriages in 2005, the doctor hasn't given me a reason except every woman has a chance to miscarry. I don't know what my chances are to miscarry again. I am taking clomid and progestrone. Any advice??

i lost a baby in march i ave had unprotected sex within the last 3 weeks as i am desperate for a baby again, now i hadnt had a bleed until last week it lasted only four days when usually mine last just over a week , also the first day was very light then the next two days were heavy then very light again!! i normally have a period at the end of the month but this was in the middle , i want to know when my ovulation date was to see if i need to do a pregnancy test , and i aint really this week got the money to spare on one , could it be a build up of periods and there all a bit messed up , and how do i know my ovulation date when i aint had a period since last being pregnant, without buying an ovulation kit. many thanks, please no rude comments

Im 29 years old, I have got 2 children 1 girl and 1 boy, my husband has a daughter also.. we have been tryin for a baby of our own for a year now I got pregnant last month but lost the baby, this was my 8th pregnancy 2 healthy children and 6 miscarraiges, I know that we are lucky to have the kids that we have and I love them so much it hurts but the pain of not having my husbands chid is terrible, is there anything I can do to concieve more easily and keep hold of the baby till term????

I have one son from my ex, and I want to get pregnant again. I'm not married, but I am 34. I can't afford it, but I'm a teacher so job security is not a big issue. I don't have a steady guy, but I could just do my ex and have his child support increased. Serious answers please, what would u do?

And men, what's your opinion of this? I know my ex would jump at a chance to have sex with me and I know he knows I'm not on birth control, should I go for it or would that be a "bad woman thing" to do? I don't want to tell him what I'm planning cause he'll get all into let get back together and I don't want that.

ok after earlier advice i did a dip pregnancy test,its positive. I did 2 more they say the same i have been trying for years( i have a nearly 5 yr old) and never had a positive. How reliable are these tests my brain wont accept it lol.
