Pregnancy - October 2007

I am 15 weeks pregnant and I work for a small company with about 20 employees. The There are 2 seperate companies in the same buliding (same family owns both -just split for accounting purposes). I used to work for both companies for about 2 years, then one company asked me to move over to their side full time to be manager..which i did. The move was bitter-sweet. The boss at the comapny that I left was a good boss, but for me to leave was better (i was also not getting along with one of my co-workers there).
Since i left I dont talk much to this lady. She is in her early 40's going through a mid-life crisis and i am in my early 20's. We have nothing in common.
The shop each has their owns areas to store stuff, my side has a warehouse and they have a room. Well last week I moved several boxes of shopping bags into their room, by removing some of my old stuff out of there to make room for the bags-which are used by BOTH companies.

I am 31 weeks pregnant with #3 and don't really remember alot from my other pregnancies since they were over 3 years ago.

Anyway, i have noticed that I am having more dischage and it is a lot thinner and sometime clear. I can actully feel it coming out sometimes (sorry for the TMI). I'm just wondering if this is normal and does it mean anything?

I'm looking in to how much time I can afford to take for my maternity leave. My place of employment does not have paid maternity. Is short term disability something I can use? Do all employers office this? The HR person is on vacation this week so I'm trying to learn a little on my own.

Im 5months pregnant and Im due on March. I work for an accounting office and around March is Tax Season..
I need advice should I stay or quit when I give birth.. I wanna stay with my baby and I dont want to leave him with a stranger but at the same time I wanna help my boyfriend on paying bills rather than being stuck on money...

did your boobs hurt off and on? Mine hurt a little but not really bad like some women say. Some days they hardly hurt at all and seem smaller and some days they hurt to be touched, especially around the sides near my armpits. Is this normal?
(I have a history of miscarriage so I'm a little neurotic right now)

I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and leaning toward a cesarean, due to the fact that I had an infection with my last cesarean and the increased risk of placental abruption.

I would have assumed they'd pay, but because they refused to pay on one of my ultrasounds (they say it was not medically necessary despite the doctor's order to have it done!), I'm wondering if they'll try to make us pay for a cesarean delivery.

If anyone has experience with this plan, please tell me what you know. I'm about to call them, but I'm interested in other experiences people may have had.

I'm pregnant again! I'll be honest, last pregnancy health wasn't my top priority. I ate what I wanted and I really didn't care about how much weight I gained. I didn't really exercise except week thirty-nine when I was trying to walk my son out. LOL!

This pregnancy I'm really trying so very hard to be as healthy as possible. I drink fruit smoothies in the morning. I took caffeine totally out of my diet. I'm exercising everyday. I'm just really trying to be heatlh conscious.

So, for the women who were healthy and fit during their pregnancy, do you feel your labor and post partum weight loss went better then had you not been so? If not, what do you think contributed to that? Anything else you'd like to share?

My 20 week ultrasound is Wednesday. I have one daughter from a previous relationship, and one other daughter with my fiance. I am now expecting our third baby. Heartbeat was 165 at 12 weeks, and 152 at 17 weeks. I feel most movement very very low. Never sick, but slightly queasy for a couple of weeks. What's your guess??????? :)

I was just wondering how it is possible for people to get pregnant whilst taking the pill, even if they miss a pill. I understand the pill tricks the body into believing it is pregnant and stops ovulation.

If it is only possible to conceive during ovulation, how do people get pregnant on the pill when it seems you do not ovulate whilst taking it?

I'm confused?!

I took the 3 hour glucose test today and my final result was 155. I know this is a bit higher than wanted. I am just wondering if the lab results could come back different. I am feeling awful about this. I am afraid that I am doing something that is harming my baby. I try hard to eat healthy and stay away from sweets and too many carbs but it doesn't seem to have helped. Any ideas on how bad my level was?

my doctor warned me that im going to have these headaches but to take some extra strength tylenol. ive completly given up on the tylenol and nothing i do seems to help these headaches. any suggestions?

My ex-boyfriend cautioned me about that. I'm pretty scared to get pregnant but I do want kids. Also, I heard that pregnancy is miserable, & you're always either sick or in pain or feeling discomfort & that you never feel normal.

I have a history of strokes & I was told that I can't use any other birth control besides condoms, & my twin sister just recently had 2 strokes & so did my mom. Many people think I might stroke out again if I get pregnant & I might die from childbirth & stroke out. I also heard that stress & anxiety would cause me to be more likely to stroke out again. I have anxiety & depressive disorders & get highly stressed out all the time.

My mother in-law told me about how it strengthens your uterus and that is what I have been drinking it for.

Today I saw on the internet ladies drinking it to help them with labor.

Is it still good for me to drink this early in pregnancy?
I'm am 5 weeks.
