I would call the doctor and let him know the tylenol is not working. He might want to write a prescription of fioricet for you (my dr. told me it's safe after 20 weeks). But he also might want to do tests to find out what's causing the headaches. In the meantime, you might want to try rubbing ben gay on your forehead, temples, and neck. I hope the headaches go away!

NOT normal. Doesthe doctor know what is causing the headache? [ tension, sinuses, cluster, trigger, migraine? ]
If not, you need to see another doctor.
Are you:
1] eating enough? Try six small [ half size ] meals a day. Include a full serving fruit or veg at each; as well as a half portion of protein and carbs.
2] drinking enough? Should drink about 1/2 gallon of decaffienated, non-alcoholic, non-carbonated liquids a day
3] sleeping enough? You should be sleeping more - probably about two hours a day more. Can you take a nap or rest at work, as part of lunch?
4] walk every day; do neck and back stretches at your desk, anything to decrease stress levels.
5] teach your husb or boyfriend neck, shoulder massages

I don't mean to scare you, but a pain in the upper stomach area or the chest signals a possible food pipe or esophagus problem. I used to have pains there and when I went to my doctor, he did a test where they put a tube with a computer chip on the tip thru my neck and after examining me, he told me I had part of my esophagus inflamated. go have it checked. it could be something else

try sleeping with a heating pad on your head or go to the pharmacy and by some gel pack that you can either freeze or heat up in the microwave and put on your head. You can always by some certain teas that might help.
