This is my first child.And I get worried too easily.

Your pelvic joints are loosening up in preparation for labor. Nothing to be concerned about.

But it's ok to worry - all of us mothers do!

If it is indeed just joint popping thanks to increased hormones, then it should pop once and then not pop again for at least 20 minutes (that's how long it takes for air bubbles to dissolve in the joints synovial fluids again). It can, however pop several times in different but close by locations. I'm 29 weeks and I notice all my joints popping more.

If it's popping with every step, it sounds more like something is out of place or caught... if it doesn't hurt I wouldn't really worry about it, but if it does I would definitely mention it to the dr.... this is not a great time to ignore a potential hip injury.

Your hormones are causing your joints, particularly your hips and pelvis, to loosen up right now in preparation for delivery.

Unless it hurts when it pops (significantly), don't worry about it.

They say it's normal to feel many discomforts but You should still check it out you might have symphysis pubis dysfunction see your doctor or you can always just google it and check out if you have any of the symptoms that relate to it.

your body releases hormones to open your pelvis so you will feel popping not only their but you may begin to feel it in all your joints your loosening up for delivery. Totally normal!
