its ment to mean a boy,ive carried low this time and am having a boy but my first i carried high and that was also a boy,so i dont think it really means anything.

I think it's different for every woman. I am pregnant right now with my 3rd boy. My first I carried very high, he was always in my ribs. With my 2nd boy I carried very low and heavy..felt like I was going to pop him out every time I took a big step. And I am carrying low with my 3rd now too. All boys, carried both ways. You can never tell.

I was carrying high one day and low the next and it was a girl. But When I had my son I carried low. So who knows. I heard that its just an old wives tale!

No, that is an old wives tale. How you are carrying doesnt really mean you are having a boy or girl. The only way to tell for sure is to have an ultrasound or wait until you give birth.

That's just a myth, but I believe the myth is low and heavy is a boy, high is a girl.
I carried/am carrying high for both. Both are boys!

Sorry, it's just an old wives tale. Carrying high or low is very dependent on your abdominal muscles. The stronger your lower abs, the higher you'll carry.

No. That is an old wive's tale not related at all to reality. For everyone who carried like that and had a girl someone always points out a boy that they had instead.

The way you carry has nothing to do with the sex? I have had 3, 1 boy and 2 girls and carried all high! It's just the makeup of your body and organ placement.

Low usually means a boy...most girls carry high.
