Hi, i have had one miscarriage, is it true that you will more than likely go on to have a normal pregnancy next time? i am now 7 weeks...have no pain at all unlike last time i was cramping from day 1 i had a scan at 6 weeks seen everything that we should see but the doctor didnt even attempt to look for a heart beat and i have another scan at 8 weeks what do you think? i no i shoulnt worry as it isnt good for me or baby but i just cant help it !!!

I went for my 20 week doctors apointment last Friday and this was the first time I had gained weight but I gained 7 pounds in one month. I was only suppose to gain 2 pounds so I cried. The previous months I had lost weight due to morning sickness. I didnt feel like I had gained as much as I did. Do you think the rest of my pregnancy I will gain the same way? How much weight had you gained at this point (if you do not mind my asking)? Thanks!

i know this sounds daft comin from someone that has two children but since havin them i have had breast implants dd cup, i just asked about breast feeding, but now i,m worried about the size they will grow too. iam only 26 years 5ft 5in and 8 stone (i know i will put on weight) but after i give birth i my boobs will look horrible bigger. i cant remember how big they got when i got pregnant with my daughter 8 and son 4, can anyone give me a rough estimate of how big they will get?

im 23 turning 24 in june. my girlfriend just found out she was pregnent. we both are happy and excited about our little one. but there have been days where i feel really scared..i have never gone threw this in my life and the feelings im having are a bit overwhelming. don t get me wrong im going to be there for my girl and kid but deep down inside im so scared of not knowing i guess a fear of the unknown.. is there any body that can give me advice please help..

Really excited, did the 1st test last wk, now 5 wks gone but struggling to keep it secret already!.... Had a miscarriage in October so don't really want to tell anyone but finding it hard to think of reasons why I don't want to go drinking with friends and hard not to show how tired i am at work, want to know how you coped?? First time I went into the Dr.'s which was early Jan. I had a negative test, but was sick all the time (I knew I was pregnant). After that, I switch Dr.'s and two weeks ago, I go to the Dr. and a nurse uses a doppler to hear the heartbeat, and sure enough it was strong at 160. The nurse said judging by my LMP I would be almost 19 weeks along. This wednesday I went and had my first US which determined the baby was concieved on Dec. 20th, even though I had no period that month. Could the Dr. be wrong??? If I did conceive on the 20th of Dec. and my periods are 30 days apart how far along am I really???

my husband and I are trying and i have don the LH test. of course its been a happy face for the past 4 days (3 of which we have been having fun).

how long after conception can you tell if you may be pregnant? I read it was about 2-8 weeks. is this correct?

Im freakin about my fiances bachelor party I know they are only going a strip club before the hockey game, naive maybe but I dont think my finace would ever cheat, I just feel horrible for some reason and Im 11 weeks pregnant (hormones maybe) and trying not to be a witch about the whole thing. Hi, I was on the pill for a month and went off it again but after 8 days I had sex but he didnt come...wat are the chances I'm pregnant? It usually says ur covered for 7days once you come off the pill, i'm real worried because I avnt had my 'real' period and it's been a week?

Just wondering at what point do doctors prescribe insulin. Do the sugars need to still be high after 2 hours. Mine is high after 1 hour but lowering to safe limits by 2 hours.
I have been feeling very ill after eating and suspected something wrong. My glucose test was high on 1 hour but fell down to normal after 2 hours.
Do I need insulin and what number on my glucometer would show a need for insulin...???
I need something cos I cant cope anymore with this feeling after eating.
Thanks all. btw I am 28 weeks pregnant with no known history of diabetes but my mother got gestatioanl diabetes with last pregnancy!

i have breast implants, i know i,m only 4 weeks pregnant but i want to think ahead, can i still breast feed? i was so excited geting the implants i never asked the doc.

My older sister said to dangle my wedding ring on a string over my tummy. It's suppose to twist if it's a boy and not twist if it's a girl. I don't know what else, but it sounds like something silly and fun to do. I guess. I really feel silly today.

I'm 24 weeks pregnant .. and did the 1 hour gestational diabetes test 2 days ago. My doctor called today and said my level was 158 and needs to be below 140 and I have to go in next week (after 3 days of a special diet) and re-test doing a 3 hour glucose test.
Is 158 considered really high??
Has anyone else ever experienced this??
Is there a chance if I watch my carb and sugar intake and exercise more it will clear up??
Will it cause harm to my baby??

way stressed .. and would greatly appreciate answers from anyone who might have experience this. Thanks!!

Hi, I'm 10 weeks pregnant and was just wondering if anyone has any scan pictures of their baby they could show me. Don't mean to sound rude, but I would love to compare my 9 and 10 week scans to others, and they're just so cute to see! Mine was really clear and could see the head arms and legs developing :) xx

im due very soon with my first baby and just need to buy baby bottles now, ive decided to get the avent ones but not sure which size i should get. if i get the 125ml sizes i know theyre not likely to last as long as the 260ml and im on a tight budget so would it be worth getting a few 260ml instead? is 4 enough? any advice will be appreciated xxx

10.5 weeks pregnant. Been having a ton of U/S's due to some bleeding and a car wreck. I love ultrasounds and hearing my baby's heartbeat! Now that bleeding has stopped, my OBGYN sees no reason for another U/S for at least a month! Am I normal for being a little obsessive with this? I had one miscarriage about 2-3 weeks pregnant before. Even though OBGYN says all is perfect, I still am a little nervous!

I have been on birth control for about a year and have accidently missed pills before but always made them up the next morning and it hasn't disrupted my cycle before. I missed one pill this month, but made it up the next morning. I am now 2 weeks late. I stopped taking my pills just in case, and to wait for my cycle to start again. I took 3 at home pregnancy tests, all negative. I have felt somewhat crampy for the last 2 weeks, but no sign at all of my period coming! What should I do? Any advice!?

I am 5weeks 3days pregnant now(tested on March21using first response, shown positive in less than 30sec., it was a 5-day early predictor). My LMP was Feb.14. We had intercourse on Feb25, 27 , March1 and March3 (nights). My period varies approxinately from 27-31days. On March2 moning, with my first urine I saw a lot of mucus (looks like egg white with pinkish spotting) with light bleeding. When I wiped for 4times I sar light bleeding. After that never bleeded. I hope this will not affect my pregnancy , but just want to get opinions what that could be.

I am meeting doctor on April13 for the first appointment.

Also when do pregnancy symptoms start? I am not having any symptoms at all other than bloating of my stomach.
