The first thing I noticed was how sore my breasts were. I swore they grew overnight...lol. If your not regular then I would wait for the four week mark....just to be on the safe side. If you start having symptoms before you can always go the Dr and get a blood test. Good luck either way.

Four weeks after conception is usually the best time, because implantation doesn't take place until about a week after conception, and it can take a little while for the hormone levels to get high enough to register on a pregnancy test. Usually you get the most accurate results after a missed period.
Good luck!

It's different for everyone. I knew the next day. People like to say that's not possible, but it was unplanned, and I had a physical feeling in my innards I cannot explain. Never had it before, and only had it again the same way with the next child - also a surprise.
If you mean really tell by way of hormones, it could be several weeks. Some women just never register a lot of the hormome, even if it's a normal healthy pregnancy.

Hi there, It ordinarily takes around 2-3 weeks for you to get a optimistic being pregnant scan if you have fallen pregnant that is. Rather than a ignored interval, pregnancy symptoms tend to relatively kick in around week six of pregnancy. This is about two weeks from whilst you overlooked your final interval or six weeks seeing that you actually had a interval. From time to time you are going to hear of anybody who has symptoms correct around their first neglected interval. A being pregnant test is the exceptional approach to tell in case you are pregnant or not. Although you need to wait except you pass over your subsequent interval to get the most accurate outcome. Hope this helps.

About 2 weeks after conception you can get a positive pregnancy test (9 days after with early result tests). It's also about this time that symptoms such as nausea and breast tenderness show up. Good luck!

I am pregnant now. I got a positive result in 3 weeks. My doctor said I was a crazy person because I should not have know to check that quick; my period wasn't even overdue for another 2 weeks. But I just know I was... anyway; good luck to you.

It will take 2 to 6 weeks, though probably not on the longer end if you are looking for it. Sometimes the morning sickness, breast tenderness, etc will start right away too.

about 2 weeks after conception is pretty accurate but if it shows positive try again a week later.
