My first clue was my missed period, then morning sickness, and then tender breast. There is no way to tell for sure because some of the pregnancy symptoms are also signs of a period coming.
Just take the test!

You could go to the doctor and get an ultrasound, theoretically. But the doctor would have you take a pregnancy test first, so that realy wouldn't work. Otherwise, you could wait until you gave birth. There is not way to tell just from symptoms if you're pregnant. Gosh, buy a test. It's only $1 at the dollar store.

Wait 9 months and if a baby comes out, you were pregnant.
Why wouldn't you want to test if you think you might be pregnant?
