I am 20 weeks pregnant with my first. I felt it move for the first time 2 weeks ago and ever since I have felt it everyday more and more. I have also noticed a pattern with my babies kicks. So far today I havent felt my baby move one time and it is usually moving like crazy by this time of the day. Last night during the night I was also having mild cramps much like menstrual cramps that also went into my lower back. Should I call my doctor or is this normal for my babies gestational age?

I am 4 1/2 months pregnant and very soon within 2 weeks im going to have my full anatomy u/s hopefully will see the sex. My husband came to me yesterday and told me im going to have a boy. He said he keeps seeing and dreaming of a little boy with major curly hair *caramel skin etc.) and he sees it all the time. My children are mixed so they have curl hair and caramel skin also and he had a dream months back of a little girl and told my sister in law she was having a girl and was indeed pregnant with a little girl,and with my last pregnancy he told me it was a boy before we found out and he was a little boy..do u think he's probably right with this one because of the feelings,dreams etc?

does implantation involve a light bleed?

Been spotting for two days, a brown/pink colour, (12 days after ovulation), then today a light bleed that is quite red but only enough to see when i wipe so far. (Today should be my due date anyway).

Ive never spotted so this was weird for me to see, now the light bleed. Has anyone happened to them and they were preggers? Or was it their period?

Ok was due for AF an th 21st of feb. and now its the 2nd of march??? i have taking a million tests lol! all NEG :( i have been having slight pains in my lower left side of stomach. tender breasts fatigue all sypmtoms of preg or AF on its way... but? nothing?? confused! i have had all of these symptoms for over a week now. what the heck is going on!!!!! keep in mind i have a doc appt on 2 hours but i want to get some personal inputs first! thankx

Is implantation Bleeding one of the things a woman HAS to go through or have in order to tell if she's gotten pregnant?? Has any women gone through pregnany without one sign of blood or brownish colored discharge at first??? OR, could the clear substance be another sign as well...I appreciate the help.

well im about a week late on my period, my breast are bigger and im having abdominal cramping and shooting pains, i went to the doctor and he gave me a urine preg test and it came out negative, but he also gave me blood work for different things, should i stop worrying due to the fact ive only had sex once in my life ,with protection that didnt break or leak and it was during my last period..so can pregnancy be ruled out now that i got that negative urine test?

ok well i am just starting to feel my baby and im soo happy about it but today i have no idea what is going on in there but it hurts! they are quick sharp pains(ligament stretches? muscle spasms?) the baby is growing therefore i need to i understand this but can i make it better some how? walking stretching extra water something i am like doubled over in pain for literally seconds at a time but my goodness please tell me how to make hurts less today it is probably every few minutes I know this is normal i know it healthy but it hurts and giving me a problem functioning at work today pls some wise words of advise oh and talking to the baby isn't helping the baby is probably laughing at me saying it is your fault mom you did this to yourself enjoy I love feeling things now but the pain during a work day is a little difficult. Thank you im sorry if it seems like i am complaining i am happy and excited but also trying to get some work done

im not exactly worried but am a bit excited humoring the thought that i might be. as of monday my period is 2 weeks late on that day i have an appointment to renew b/c, they said they would do a pregnancy test at that time....what do you think? do you think i am pregnant or is the lateness something else? want personal opinions.

btw have been having some pressure on my lower stomache when i lay on it...someone told me it could be cervical cancer....opinions pls.

I was just curious to know if u had menstrual like cramps during your pregnancy when u were pregnant with your baby girl? I know it has really nothing to do with it but im on my third baby at 18 weeks and i feel like the baby is going to sit low and i have off and on cramps that have happened since day one *usually when im very active*, people are telling me it will be a boy because of the cramps that happen sometimes and the baby sitting kinda low right now. I really want another girl *1 boy 1 girl so far*...what was your experience with this if any? thanks

what are the first symptons of pregnancy and how soon do you start spotting and what exactly does spotting look like? can you start spotting as soon as 5 days to week after unprotected sex? i had sex on my period the next day i got plan b which is a morning after pill and then it just happened that i had sex again that night and he came inside me again .."hes usually really good at pulling out" but he thinks its no harm since im still on my period and there is a 12 hour period between the 2 pills i had to take one at 2 pm, and the other at 2 am so i took the last pill after the last intercourse. do you think i could still get pregnant? and now i have lil spots of bood that is coming out after about 5 days could the morning after pill cause this?

im 33 weeks pregnant and this morning I have been extremely tired and nauseous, I havent gotten sick yet though. And my upper body is just achy especially in my upper arms. is this normal? I havent had this happen before. Anybody felt this way before?

I feel not enough research is done into this...i smoked all the way through 3 pregnancies, 2 of my kids are perfectly fine, and my last child has autism...of course they're blaming the 'pot', but my arguement is....why did it not affect the others? I personally think drs are too quick to judge without knowing what they're actually talking about?

I'm only wondering out of curiousity. Talking about labor and how it feels like menstrual cramps.. yadayada... anyway, about 2 years ago, a friend and i went to the beach... I get horrible cramps basically right before i start - no more than an hour before i start... and I got the cramps when we were almost there. I dropped her off and went to a gas station to get some aleve (only thing that really helps.) I was in so much pain, I parked the car in front of the door to the gas station, left my car door wide open, and apparantly left my credit card in the store.

When I got to the beach I went to the bathroom, and took out the tampon because it was SO painful. I sat in the stall with my legs up on the door just crying because the pain was so bad. these cramps were fading in and out, (like contractions would) I don't remember if there was any chance i could have been preggers, but does that sound like a miscarriage? I also was bleeding very heavy and i usually have light periods.

I think as soon as u mention pot the medical industry 'leech' on to it!! They blame my psychosis on 'pot' yet it was not it was a hormonal imbalance...so why do medical people do this?

ok so i just got back from the doctors office, he gave me a urine preg test and im assuming it was negative because he didnt say nothing else about i, should i be worried? he gave me prescription for blood work different types of blood work not pregnancy, does that mean i can stop worrying about pregnancy, did he do that to rule it out.. ive missed my period so i assume if i got a negative i can rely on it bein accurate right?

I am 40 weeks pregnant today, i went to the doctor wed and i was one centimeter dialated and had no mucus plug and i am 100% thinned out in my cervix... just so u know my situation.


I am not sure wat is going on but I am leaking something. The substance is clear and sometimes yellowish but it is like slimmy. I def know it is not urine. There is a lot of it leaking. during the night I changed my underwear 2 o 3 times. The substance is not like water so idk wat it is that leaking. I was thinkg i might have a small leak in my fluids. help please!

HI all :)

I am only 15 weeks pregnant, so I am a ways from the delivery.. I just had a question... VERY painful menstrual cramps run on my mother's side of the family... We prescriptions for it... And well, I spoke to my mom about delivery because my father brought it to my attention that she didn't have an epidural with either me or my sister! and she was FINE!

Basically, she said that labor felt like our "regular" menstrual cramps and really wasn't so bad, since she was used to dealing with them for so long. I find it hard to believe that it is just menstrual cramp feeling! In that case, I wouldn't do an epidural... whats the point?
My question is.... anyone out there who has these horrible pains everymonth and had no problem with birth? I would like to do it natural, Im just SCARED. (my sister has 2 kids, both a c section tho, so i can't ask her!) how likely is it that i will have the same kind of labor and delivery as my mom?
