Youcan buy it in tablet form from Holland and Barratt, but don't use it before 36 weeks as it make the uterus contract and can start labour too early.

It has to be tea made with actual raspberry leaves, not natural flavorings of raspberry or anything.
You can actually find teas made for womens health that are raspberry teas. My local grocery has them.
So long as its real raspberry leaves and not just flavoring, its good. Thats what I was told.
Try accupuncture. It works even better. So does walking walking walking.

If you go into Holland and Barratt, you can get it in tea bag form, or you can buy tablet form.
This will only help strengthen you uterus, it will not help you go into labour.

Well i would watch with this and check with your doc. I also read it is good for this but later read (in a prenancy book) that it can be dangerous drinking this in later stages of pregnancy. So i did not bother.
Best check first i think.
You can get this i think in Holland and Barratt
