Is implantation Bleeding one of the things a woman HAS to go through or have in order to tell if she's gotten pregnant?? Has any women gone through pregnany without one sign of blood or brownish colored discharge at first??? OR, could the clear substance be another sign as well...I appreciate the help.

No, you do not have to have implantation bleeding, it is just a possibility. I have had 3 kids and only noticed implantation bleeding with my first (since I thought it was an extremely light cycle - SURPRISE). And yes additional clear or milky white discharge is normal when pregnant due to the higher amounts of estrogen. The increased estrogen can also cause a stuffy for some or all of a pregnancy.
Here are early symptoms of pregnancy, but you may have none of these:
Tender, swollen breasts, fatigue, implantation bleeding, nausea or vomiting, increased sensitivity to odors, abdominal bloating, frequent urination, missed period cycle, your basal body temperature stays high.

The first time i was pregnant, i had heavy bleeding during implantation, and the doctors called it an attemped miscarriage. I ended up miscarrying about 3 months later. With my second pregnancy, I had absolutely no bleeding, no discharge, nothing. I just felt some slight cramping.

For some reason not every women experience this. The colour varies it could also be pinkisk and I've heard of blood red too. The clear substance could be a sign too but that is also a woman's signature.

Hey. Not all pregnancys have spotting. My first pregnancy i had no bleeding what so ever. My second i did have implantation bleeding. The best way to tell if you are pregnant is by a test. Good luck!

not necessarily will you get implantation bleeding. only some women do. i'm pregnant with #2 and i've never had implantation bleeding.

I am about 18 weeks and I have not had anything so far. Juat the normal Urinary tract infections which some people get. I would go get checked out if I were you. Good Luck!

No not at all..... I didn't have any discharge until after my pregnancy was confirmed by the doctor!
