Pregnancy - March 2007

This is my second child and I've never (or at least thought I didn't) felt such movement so early. Anyone ever experience this?

ive been doing great until this 37th week now i have HUGE ankles and the dr said my blood pressure is high, anyone else go through this?

Im six weeks pregnant and I just started my new job two weeks ago, I have no INS and I don't want to miss work to apply for Medi-Cal..is it safe to wait 3 months until my benefits kick in? or should I just pay the $150+..

Hi - I am expecting twins and it seems like almost every day my belly feels completely full of liquid. I can even hear it sloshing around. I have probably had 16oz of water all day (definitely not as much as I should have) and it feels like I have drank close to 2 gallons. Has anyone else experienced this same feeling? It makes it hard to drink more because I feel so water-logged.

Could it just be the amnionic fluid and something that's normal? I've never heard or read anyone else having this same problem.

Ok. in December i moved 3,000 miles away from home with my boyfriend for better job opportunities. he was promised a job by a friend that would pay atleast $20 an hour. well that really didnt work out. im 29 weeks pregnant and have nothing for the baby. he just got a new job making 12 dollars an hour which really sucks compared to 20. we want to go back home but we need new tires for the car ($200) and all of our bills are behind. i would like to know if we should wait till the baby is born or if we should just pack up and go now?? please help

Okay, So I'm 13 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I have heard my babys heart beat twice. The first time was at my 11 week 5 day mark, and it was beautiful:) I work in a emergency room so I have access to dopplers and such. So, the second time I heard my babys heart beat was at work last week. And It was even more beautiful! My little peanut was jumping all around and what not...It seriously made me cry! Well, heres my problem....or at least I hope not. Last night at work I asked one of the nurses to do it for me again. We couldnt freaking find one! I was soo devastated. I asked the doctor if that was normal, and he said that since I'm still early it could be hidding. I've already have had a misscarrage and I pray everything is alright.....I dont have any cramps or anything and my morning sickness still haunts me every day....has this happend to any of you girls out there?????

I am in a LOT OF PAIN> Every day is a struggle for me. It's hard to get dressed in the morning. I know that it is better if the baby stays in there but I cant take the pain anymore. It is 10 times worse than it was with my daughter... What can I say to make the doc induce me? I just cant take it anymore!!! I think he is really BIG!!! I am 2 cm and 50%eefaced

Last night.. I had a very very stressful and bad night. I got into a fight with the father of my child and his ex gf.. ( we arent together ) And i was in tears.. I am due in 5 days.. Well i was really upset last night but i layed down until about noon today. I woke up with diahrrea and bad gas and pains in my stomache.. I keep getting these pains in my upper stomache.. like the top of my hump.. It hurts sooo bad i wanna cry. I cant eat anything and im trying sooo hard to drink water.. its really hard.. i cant walk around with having pains or sit down.. do u think im in labor or what do u think could posssibly going on with me..

i feel sooo sick to my stomache like im going to throw up everywheres and very tired..

we just found out its a girl. #2. My husband was really hoping for a boy, he was starting to be very happy at that fact, but when the lady said "GIRL" I looked at him and he just shrugged a smile at me. I could see he wasnt happy at all. And now he doesnt want anymore children because he feels that he can only produce girls. But I still dont think its a girl. My gut feeling always thought it was a boy due to my pregnancy symptoms and how I'm feeling. We'll get another ultrasound later on, I'm sure...but I dont want to be telling people its a girl yet. AND I'm feeling really guilty about not giving him his son. I know the man decides it, but he just isnt excited about the pregnancy like he was before we found out. And the people I have told, seem to be slightly disappointed as well. Maybe exaggerating, but they just say..."Oh...really?" No one's excited I'm having a girl... :(

Over 2 years ago I had a tubal after my baby was born.My last period was on January 17,2007.I have taken 2 preg. tests in Feb. as well as 2 in early March and all came out neg.Could I be pregnant?I have not felt any differant other than slight swelling and sorreness in my breasts.I also have not been any more stressed than usual.Could it be I tested to early or could it be something else?

k, i asked earlier, but only got a few answers and now my question is buried... anyway.... according to EVERY book i have read and NUMEROUS web sites, they all say the same thing.... by the end of 12 weeks your uterus is too big to remain in your pelvis and should be felt just above pubic bone... i am 12 w/4 d and feel NOTHING but a mushy stomach, plus this is my third AND i am small, as in 110 lbs... i just heard a healthy heartbeat at 11 weeks and i go to the doctor monday, but i really wanted some "experienced" answers.... i am showing..... i just don't feel anything when i lay down and "feel around" just MUSH!!!!

Are these contractions, gas or braxton hicks. I have not paid attention to any consistancy and it lasts a while. sometimes it hurts more then others. I am on my third pregnancy and hathis before. I feel like I do right before my period starts. Any help would be nice. I do not wat to call the Dr. for nothing.

im 32 weeks pregnant and have been doing some bedroom sorting today ready for baby but im worried i did to much?
since then ive had extremley bad lower back ache and about 2 hours ago i stated getting braxton hicks contrattions but not like i normally get i am in constant discomfort my stomack is a rock and it hurts too not agony but extremley uncomfortable feels like eveything inside is squeesing together.
i cant sit cause it hurts more, if i walk round it feels better.
can anyone tell me whats wrong? all i know is i havent felt like this before could it be early signs of premature labour or just bad braxton hicks?
it just dosent seem to go away ive just ran a bath to see if that helps .
this is my first baby so dont know what to expect please help.

My boyfriend and I have had sex a lot this + last week and this week, I'm starting to notice some implantation bleeding. I don't have any cramps or swollen breasts but I am tired (except I stay up late and I'm usually tired so idk...).

Even though I know this method was stupid, the days we had sex, we used the withdrawal method (please don't kill me for not using a condom or birth control pill!). Considering the implantation bleeding, do you think I could be pregnant? Specifically, can you have implantation bleeding for reasons other than pregnancies?

Some other additional info:

I researched a little today and found that there are studies that show that precum doesn't have any semen in it. Also for the days that we had sex, my boyfriend pulled out and rubbed his thingie so its not like he pulled out and lied about it. My period was on March 10th-17th and its irregular. It usually comes about every month and week but sometimes its different.

I think I had an early miscarriage (at 4 weeks) because of the amount of cramping and passing of clots. If I did have one how long will the cramping, etc continue? And at what point (how many days etc) should I call to see the Dr.?

do ya'll think that because my baby is so low in my pelvis already (the doctor said when he checked my cervix which is 2cms, that her head was pretty much engaged and shes been low since 32 weeks) is why i measuring kinda like im only 37 weeks when i should be 39-40 now? or could there be something wrong? my 34 week u/s came out saying she was 5.8 lbs that day, so she seemed pretty big. anyone know or have an experience with this? im curious because my doctor doesnt want to think about inducing me even though im in terrible pain and already full term (almost less than a week or so) until i measure past 40 weeks

ok im stuck on these names mya, jada, grace, and emma or emmy. I like these names but i cant decide. I love the name Gabriel but unfortunitly my brother named their daughter that so im completely stuck. i am having a c-section this will be my second child and i was thinking ok when i see her i will know the right name . but then again when i had my first my vison was blurry for hours so i couldnt really see my son . point being i need help you guys . i think if she has brown eyes when born they wont change and i can name her mya. and if she has blue eyes her eyes will be light technically not dark brown so would name her jada . still not sure

i asked earlier but didn't list my symptoms my breast don't hurt but my nipples are very sore especially when i bathe or my boyfriend tries to touch me. ive also been very tired and am getting lower back pains . i'll be going to the doctor on monday to check but just wanted a few more opinions. thanks
