no bath...only showers.
if it's contractions, then they will take your breath away. you won't be able to talk, really, b/c you'll just be instinctively breathing through the pain.
when in doubt, go to the hospital.
just go and find out what's going on. that way you're mind is at ease and you'll either be having the baby or not....
take care!

I'm 30 weeks pregnant with twins (high-risk... one isn't staying up on her growth curve) and I've been having the same thing for months now. No one seems to be concerned because they aren't at the very least:
7 minutes apart,
lasting a full minute,
stop if I do something (like walk).
I can have like 3 or 4 really hard ones all within 10 minutes, and then not have another one or another set for 20 or 30 minutes.
Drink some more water and do let your practitioner know either way. It could also be the beginning of dehydration.

I raised a son, and a daughter, so I suppose I can deliver you well advocate. First of all, for those who like this woman, speak in your dad and mom and notice if a party with all of you'll be able to be organized. That could be handy, on account that then the women mom could get a risk to look what atmosphere you reside in, plus, there could be a risk for each dad and mom(the woman's and yours)to converse. It could be very more often than not that dad and mom have no idea whom their youngsters manage that reasons them to be strict on their possess youngsters. Next, set an illustration. You are each 14 years historical and this is a dad and mom' obligation and accountability to make upstanding citizen out of our kids. So abide by way of the foundations--do all of your homework and research for institution. That will provoke the opposite dad and mom as good. We mother's don't wish our ladies thus far a man who does no longer wish to get forward in existence and who thinks institution isn't for him. As a mother or father we do just like the well men. Lastly, make a manage your self that you'll be able to wait. Get to understand the woman, attempt to get permission to take her to a film or different a laugh occasion in which you bought the permission of each dad and mom after which be certain you keep on with the time you're meant to convey her again. Again, we mothers love the well and safe man. If you get your risk and do all that, then you definitely real have a risk. The leisure will fall robotically in location so long as you do not check out to hurry matters.

When you walk it is better. So we know it is Braxton Hicks.
As for pains in lower back your sciatic nerve could be aggravated.
Soaking and ice packs can help. Sleeping on your left side tonight. And maybe against the couch back for support if your couch is comfy to sleep on.
Have hubby rub your feet. squeezing your toes ,holding each with pressure for 10 seconds.
