Here is my opinion. To actually find out if you are pregnant, you need to take a pregnancy test. They sell them at every drug store and many grocery stores. Buy one that says "early response" on the box and follow the directions carefully. Use first morning urine (when you first get out of bed in the A.M.
You can't go by symptoms, because many women swear they have all the symptoms and aren't in fact pregnant (just hormonal or PMS-ing), whereas some women don't get any symptoms and are 10 weeks along!
Also, no one on here can tell if you're pregnant why what you type. You can only tell by testing your blood or urine. People on here are just guessing, and any of us has only a 50-50 chance of being correct.

It is a good idea to go to the Doctor.
Sometimes, symptoms of pregnancy are much like period symptoms.
You could also buy a at home pregnancy test, they are pretty realiable. If you do decide to take one, I suggest First Response and or Ept, those two products have had signifcant reviews.
But either way, you should go to the Doctor because something else other than pregnancy could be wrong. And it's better to find out now, than wait.
If you are going to be sexually active, I highly suggest that you not only use condoms, but get on birth control if you can. If you are 18+ you can do that if you visit your local Health Department.
The Health Department also does free blood tests and check ups for pregnancy, least in Michigan they do. Just so ya know.
I wish you the best of luck, and I hope that everything goes well.

I'm gonna guess that Yes you are pregnant. Nipple soreness was my very first clue that I was pregnant... ouch! Back pain followed by implantation bleeding followed thereafter. Good Luck
