Hi - I am expecting twins and it seems like almost every day my belly feels completely full of liquid. I can even hear it sloshing around. I have probably had 16oz of water all day (definitely not as much as I should have) and it feels like I have drank close to 2 gallons. Has anyone else experienced this same feeling? It makes it hard to drink more because I feel so water-logged.

Could it just be the amnionic fluid and something that's normal? I've never heard or read anyone else having this same problem.

i've felt the same way...my doctor told be it's because of the pressure the baby is putting on your stomach and other organs....since you're having twins you have even less room than most pregnant women do...my doctor told me that i could eat really juicy fruits like oranges and strawberries and that would count towards my daily fluid intake..... eating fruit instead of drinking a ton of water may help how you're feeling
good luck!

that is a normal feeling, but since you are having twins you have double the pressure. it is very important you drink as much fluid as you can. try little sips all through the day.

good luck!
