Pregnancy - January 2007

hi there.i just found out i was pregnant.as we werent sure how far i was we had a scan done to confirm due dates.when the midwife was measuring the baby it was measuring 6 weeks 4 days but the sac was measuring 7 weeks 5 days.so i have to go back for another scan on the 30th of january to get my proper due date as the baby will be bigger and easier to get measurements.has anyone ever heard of this happening before? i knw i havent.many thanks for any help,michelle.

Im worried?
I take microgynon 30 and have been doing for the past 15 months. I take 3 packs of 21 in a row because I suffer with painful periods and that is what the doctor has described. In November I took a couple of pills at different times than I normally do and had unsafe sex. Im due to stop taking my pill next Tuesday and my period is due the following friday. I have gone to the loo today and there has been the slightest bit of blood, its clear and not much but its concerning me now as it hasnt happened before!?

I had a miscarriage about 3 weeks ago. The bleeding stoped about 10 days ago. My miscarriage was complete had a scan on the outside and a viginal scan, just to check.I passed clots plus had blood tests to check my hcg levels where droping (to rule out Ectopic) which they where.
My question is that i noticed yesterday i had a bit of brown ish colour discharge last night. It was not a lot,it did not smell(well at least not that i noticed) and i have had none since. But i wanted to no if it was normal? Did anyone else get it? I dont normally have discharge at all. I have been feeling run down, im not sleeping well and also my body does not quit feel right yet (no pain) But i keep feeling a little crampy (not even close to the pain i had through miscarriage or the pain i get when im on).. I guess my body has been through a lot. Im going docs tommrrow but just wanted to see if anyone else had this, also when did people start to feel physically better? Any answers would be great? Thanks x

Aaargh! I'm currently walking around with wet socks and my skin feels like it's burning up. My fiance is laughing his butt off! I just found out I'm pregnant and yes we are very happy! But what's the deal? Are these crazy hot periods a symptom and how long til they stop. My skin doesn't feel hot to touch, says my partner but to me, omg, I'm going nuts! (i'm also quitting smoking I"ve quit today as I just found out yesterday, I did sneak one tonight to prevent killing somebody though!)

i have checked with 2 doctors. treatment has to be done after pregnancy and in the meantime i was told to eat lots of fibre, vegetables, fruits and drink fluids so that my stools are soft. I was also told to use suppositries, but I didn't because I am scared. I managed to get my stools soft with diet. Please if any pregnant women has the same problem and can help me about some information, if i should worry or not? Thanks in advance.

We'll strat trying for a baby soon but would like to know how long after the pill to start trying and how long to take folic acid for. Some doctors have said you can get pregnant immediately but other say to give your body a few months to allown a natural cycle. Which is correct?

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for two months and nothing so far. I know its still very early days but its starting to worry me. We are having a lot of sex and I am fairly certain of the time of the month that I ovualte so it seems weird that we haven't conceived yet. Just wondered how long it is taking the rest of you "ask" girls who are trying so far. Also does it take a while for the contraceptive pill to leave the system and its effects to wear off? I read that it doesn't take very long at all and some of my friends have concieved only a few months after stopping the pill.
ps: I had been on the seven days off each month pill for about 9 years without a break.

Can i be pregnant?
I had some brown discharge for 2 days and then I had sex with him going in me. It was about a day or 2 after my ovulation cycle. Is there a chance to be pregnant? or hardly a chance at all?

We have had unprotected sex many times before but never during my ovulation cycle. Thats why i'm wondering because it was so close to the cycle but I was not cycling. I have looked at ovulation calanders and most say it was 2 days after but there was one that said I WAS ovulating. I dont know which one to beleive

Ok, this seems crazy to me. I am 22 weeks along. Today I put my bra on, and it fit just fine, but it seems now like I grew another size in the hours since I put it on today, Could they really have grown that fast? Is it maybe that I have colestrum (SP) coming in?

I do alot of reading about being pregnant, but this seems crazy to me.... Any input?

Why do people judge so quickly

1) you dont know me
2) I have just taken my self off birthcontrol because i was alergic to it.
3) there was a god damn condom. Dont ask my why it didnt work i wasn't expecting it to break so obviously i didnt check and i dont keep them sooo???
4) most of the people that i replied are obviously from america.. Well Canadian life styles are a little different obviously
5) I do know how much it cost to have a child. I had one for 6 months, Kaden's mother(my sister) Got into meth and just that matured me. But as soon as her baby was born she was right back out on the streets I couldnt stand to let him go but i knew the best thing for the baby was adoption so i told the social workers everything that was going on so that he could have the best life possible.

that often, but not always included anxiety and depression.. would you go on med that would make the baby possilbe go through withdrawl..

These are only hormones and I over react to normal stresses, so I feel stressed because of hormones, and am anxious alot, but not always.

I quit my doctor who was trying to push meds on me and found a doctor that I am really comfortable with... the last doctor wanted me on prozac and said it was safe and I did my own research and found out that the baby goes through withdrawl... he didn't mention that!

So my question was/is... what level of stress becomes dangerous for a baby.. because we all face stress sometimes, pregnant or not.. and all of us survived when our mom's felt stressed and pregnant...
So would you go on meds that could make your baby go through withdrawl... or would you put up with anxiety for 22 more weeks (I just want to put up with it.. this is my baby we are talking about).

what would you do?
