i have checked with 2 doctors. treatment has to be done after pregnancy and in the meantime i was told to eat lots of fibre, vegetables, fruits and drink fluids so that my stools are soft. I was also told to use suppositries, but I didn't because I am scared. I managed to get my stools soft with diet. Please if any pregnant women has the same problem and can help me about some information, if i should worry or not? Thanks in advance.

Most pregnant women get anal fissures, sometimes they just dissappear after you give birth and sometimes they stay with you for the rest of your life unless you have them removed.
They are not in any way dangerous unless they are so big they are noticeable and cause you pain.
If I were you I would wait till after the birth and see what happens.

My Husband had an anal fissure after treatment for hemorrhoids. He had to drink "Fybogel" now known as "Senokot Hi-Fibre" each day to soften the stools, you can get this over the counter at the chemist, or on prescription. He had an operation and now everything is fine.

It is very common. Mostly the fissures heal by themselves eventually. But personally, the constipation was probably the most unpleasant part of the pregnancy... So, don't worry, just follow the diet. (BTW, iron supplements often worsen the constipation, so try to find one that suits you best.)
