Pregnancy - January 2007

I am 25 weeks pregnant and I think I have a yeast infection. It is a little red and a little swollen down there. It looks like I have little paper cuts, that hurt when I pee or when I wash. I know I don't have any diseases, because well obviously my Dr. did all those tests and he would have notified me. I had 2 YI's When I was pregnant with my first, but this one is a little different. It doesn't itch at all, but I am still concerned about the little 'cuts' they seem to be.
Does this sound like a normal YI? I have notified my Dr. and they
told my to get monistat 7. I am going to get some after I am done with this. I just wanted to know if this sounded typical or is it something I should go into the Dr. for? PLZ Help.TY

I get dizy but I also dont eat a lot of food because it makes me sick. Ive been to my doctor because I have been throwing up bleed and having some other problems so she checked me for an ussur(spelled wrong)and Im waiting on the reply back from her on Monday. Im confussed and need some guidance without being judged

When i go to the bathroom i always have these really sharp pains on the top of my vagina and whenever i also walk around i get sharp pains in my side and back, im not sure if they are contractions or what...this is my 1st pregnancy so not sure what to expect..opinions needed please?

I'm 40 weeks pregnant today. I went to the doctor yesterday and I am 1 cm dilated. Tonight have a pain in my vaginal area. Far as I know I haven't lost my plug and my waters haven't broke. But I keep having a trickle like I am peeing my pants when I move. I don't know if this is urine or my aminiotic fluid leaking?b All I know is my underwear is wet but not soaked. I am due January 22. Could labor be close?

First: A stray cat has been coming around a spraying our garage and sometimes I smell it inside, is the spray harmful like the cat litter? I already avoid cleaning our cats little, but I dont know about spray.

Second: I have my "big" ultrasound on the 2nd of Feb and Ill be 24 weeks... how often are they not able to tell the sex because baby is not in right position? Will medi-cal pay to have another ultrasound if that one is not conclusive? How many of you didnt get to find out?

Third: I tend to end up sleeping on my stomache, not flat on it, but mostly. I put a pillow between my legs, but still cant sleep fully on side. Will I squish the baby?

I'm not sure if the things im feeling are early labor or not? I have read all my book, but I cant compare what im feeling to anything they say you should be feeling so maybe some of you guys will be able to explain it or let me know whats going on in a more first time mommy way! :)

I get sharp pains in my lower tummy that last maybe a 4-5 seconds
My lower back hurts
I feel sharp pain in my crotch and butt. Its like a hard pain!!! But lasts no more than 5 seconds and then comes again in about 30 mins, but not every 30 mins.
And my tummy will feel like the baby is balling up, it will hurt and be unconfrotable but then after a minute or two it will stop?
I have noo idea if any of this will make sence to any of you, im sorry Im trying my best!!!
I was due on Wednesday.. So i think maybe this is the beging of labor? And I have not lost my mucos plug yet either?? Any help will be very much appreciated, Thanks!

I went to the doctor, and he did an ultrasound and we found out we might have twins. But since I am only 4 months pregnant he said he could not fully tell whether or not I would. I did not use this man with my first pregnancy. Usually with twins its harder to tell earlier. Should I trust him? Do you think I should get another doctor?

my best friend is 40 and her husband is 44 and they have been happily married 18 yrs and having their first and im sure only baby..does anybody agree with me that it was ridulaus for them to have waited 18 yrs to have baby(nobody waits that long when married to have a baby)plus at their ages their child is gonna grow up with old parents

I am 12 weeks pregnant and have been trying to hear fetus heartbeat on digital doppler. Have been getting a reading but will flicker from e.g. 173 to 218 within a second, then stay at 218 for a second, returning to 135 then disappearing. Why is this happening? The unit will also read my heartbeat at say 68 then quickly flicker to 168 for a second. Is it picking up mine and the baby's heartbeat when it goes up to 218 or so? Could it be twins? Is it because it is so early? Please, we've already had 1 miscarriage and are very worried. Help.

A side effect of pregnancy that I didn't know about has come into play. I have uncontrollable farting. I started to get bad gas when I was 5 months along, but now I can't even control it. I'll bend over and fart, walk and fart, nothing helps. Did any of this happen to you?

she says it's because she made a doctors appointment for this next week. Isn't that the most ridiculous thing you have ever heard? People that really care, buy the $7.00 test, because the doctor is going to ask, "have you taken a at home test?". I think she is taking this guy for a ride, because he is with someone else; trying to make him feel guilty.

I am dying to know when my son is going to come. I have been experiencing alot of breast cramping, lower back pain, and those good ol' braxton hicks contractions. No other real signs of labor. Any clues? Also, my due date is 1/26, if i do not have my son by then. my doc should induce correct?

I was kind of involved with someone and things were getting serious. We were deciding on taking the net step, but then i got pregnant. He is 22, has a 2 year old daughter and has to stay on good terms with the mom to see her....meaning whatever she wants, she must have. Anyway, I'm 19 about to be 20...and we arent together, we communicate...but he says hes not ready to take that big step again in becoming a father. I love him, like crazy...and he 'loves' me...but I dont know what to do. He keeps telling me to be patient and see how things are when the baby is born...what does that mean???
