I'm 30 yrs old and my baby's father is 26yrs old with two children by another young lady and he is not married at all. But he is very supportive of me. He is no longer with or seeing the young lady at all. He is mainly concerned about me and how the baby is doing. What should I say to my mother?

I have gone to the hospital twice already for labor pains only to be sent home (the last trip was last thursday) I have had pretty steady contractions, 6-9 min apart, and I dont know what to do? I was 2 cm, 85%, -2 position, any advice on how to speed this process up, Im getting aggravated!!

my sister in law took too many contraceptive pills in the past, but now that she wanted to have a baby she quit taking those pills of course, she got pregnant (she had 1month and a half), but suddenly when she went to her first appointment the md found out that her baby wasn't alive and today she had to get an abortion, so my question is if those pills are responsible of what happened?

hey, my girlfriend has been showing some side effect of pregnancy she say shes always feeling hungry she said her stomach has gotten a little bigger shes always feeling tired and most of the time aggravated.. and i been trying to get her to take a test and today i bought her one but before she took it earlier in the day we sexual intercourse, then later this after noon she took the test and it came out negative.. well my question is can sexual intercourse before a pregnancy test, affect the result.

I had a previous question about belly straps. Some people said that its good not to use them very often because it may be more likely for a c-section. I don't know why, but my doctor said every appointment from now on, they will be putting the belly strap on me for approximately 5 minutes. I was wondering if this would be more likely for me to have a C-Section, then. Also, correct me if I'm wrong: The belly straps aren't uncomfortable. One goes below you're belly [like the overhang or viseversa] for contractions, and one goes on top of your belly [for the heartrate or viseversa]

Okay, I am a teenager and pregnant. I'm frankly so fed up with people trying to tell me what to do with my life, Yes I understand I am young and everybody is trying to protect me but I am sick of hearing, adoption, you ruined your life and negative remarks like that. So now my parents are nagging me to go to some party with my old best friend, being thrown for her grandmother, and they biggest over controlling, Hippocrates that you will ever meet in your life, that I have been avoiding this whole 7 1/2 months. I know right when I walk into that house all I will here is, you are stupid, irrational and too young. When over half of their family are drug users and cant even rise their own children. I'm scared I will end up getting into a argument with these people and ruining the whole night. Am I being immature? should I just listen to these stressful,hurtful words?Or not stand for it anymore, and just not go? I cant take anymore of this before I loose it.

i spoke to the doc and was told it is ok to take amoxicillin while in my 29th week, unfortnatly this isint helping with the unbarable aching and pain that i am having. im not sure if i have a cold or the flu...symptoms: wheesing while breathing, headach, joint pain, chest pain while coughing"lasts about 10 min after the cough", light sencitive, sorta sore throte that hurts up to my ears, no temp...but below regular 98.1 norm for myself...curent temp 96.8. i dont know what this is and i want to also know if i can take tyalone. i have been drinking tea and soup

My last period was 5 weeks ago, 7 weeks ago I had sex, but used a condom and had to take a morning after pill.
2 months ago I just came off the pill, do you think that would cause it to go out of its normal cycle?
in the past I ahve had problems like this, sometimes my period being 2 months late, other times my period going for 3 weeks long.
I have no symptoms

i am 32 weeks, and getting them. i monitor how long they last, how often i get them, just to be sure that im not having the real thing just yet, parinoid i guess. But does this mean that i am going to go a little early. Not derastically early, but like a few days to weeks. i know from others that they got them and went early. i'm scared to have her early considering i want her to be healthy.

My girlfriend has been on the pill for a week and we got close to having unprotected sex on the 7th day she was on the pill. There might have been some penetration (if hardly any. Most likely not) and I did not ejaculate. Is there still a large risk? We honestly can't figure it out.
