This is my second pregnancy and I didn't experience this during my first till i was at least 6-7 months. but for about a week now i have been experiencing a pulling, pinching feeling down below. sometimes its in my "cooch" area but other times it's more toward my butt , whatever it is actually hurts for a few seconds then goes away. from what I've read it could be a pinched sciatic nerve. I was just thinking it's too early for any of this to be happening. Is this normal? I don't go to the doctor again for 2 and a half weeks. Any help is appreciated.

She is my girlfriend, we are not married yet.......although I have told her even before this that I love her and would marry her. Sorry for the confusion. What confuses me is why she "plays pregnant" around me and friends of ours. She will hold her belly, not drink, eat right, and do everything you should do to stay healthy during the pregnancy, I mean she even sleeps on her left side now. And now she wants an abortion, I am confused by all this.

The first time I got pregnant I told my mom first, she got pissed. I made her tell my dad. All he said was "Oh well" and didn't speak to me the whole nine months. No lecture on that one, he just ignored me the whole time. The second time I got pregnant is when the lectures started, he made me feel like sh*t. The first one was unplanned, the second one was planned and this one was unplanned. Yes I do believe in marriage and yes I do believe in birth control. I was onbirth control. I'm just not ready for marriage. I love my kids and my parents love my kids, they just think they need to control me still. I'm not ready for my dad to ignore me and I'm not ready for my dad to lecture me in the hospital after I have this child, i'm too emotional for the whole thing. There, that is the story basically in a nut shell.

I am a successful Real Estate Officer, I make enough money to support my wife and our family. Her last period was the 7th of October. We found out she was pregnant on the 13 of November. It is now the 29th of December and she wants to get an abortion, which I am totally against NOW. I told her that I would support her decision when we first found out, but she decided to keep it and even made me tell my family. Now she wants to have an abortion. I don't know what to do, my mind is in disarray. One day she wants the baby and the next she doesn't. I am breaking down emotionally and I dont know what else I can do.

I have a full-time job (office job with no physical labor) and am financially supporting my husband while he is in graduate school. When the time comes for delivery I will have about 2 weeks worth of sick and vacation time built up. I get up to 12 weeks of UNPAID leave but unfortunately we can't go a single day without my full-time paycheck. We also don't make enough now to start saving up money before the baby comes (at least not enough to cover costs while I'm out). I am scared of going back to work so soon. I know everyone says I'll be exhausted and I need to bond with the baby. But what do you do when you financially don't have a choice? Is it even possible to go back to work so soon after giving birth?

I am almost 23 and he will be 30 next week. I graduate in the beginning of May, so if I get pregnant I would still have a few more months before the birth. We have been married close to 2 years and I am ready to start a family NOW, but he wants to wait 5 more months. It is driving me crazy!!! I am very happy with my husband, but I don't feel like our marriage will be complete until we have a child. What should I do?

Ok, so I'm pregnant with my third child. I'm with the same guy, not married (although I don't think that really matters), and my youngest is 7 months old, oldest is 5 years old. My dad is a preacher and I'd rather not hear all the lectures he feels he needs to say. I'm just having a hard time telling them. Any imput would be appreciated.

gone from 5wks/5days last week to only 6wk/1day this week. The h/b however is normal at 117-118 bpm. Has anyone had this experience? The doctor said it is "iffy" but not conclusive. She has seen these go either way.

I am 28 weeks pregnant and I know that there is going to be increased vaginal discharge and all. But my doctor says my fundus, the hieght of my uterus is small for 28 weeks, it measures the size of 22 weeks. And it might be because of fluid problems, would I be able to tell if I was leaking fluids?

i am having pains, but they are really really low, like on my pelvic area, its not bad pain, but its very annoying, could this be stretching pains, even that low?? i am three months (12weeks) this is my second. i was showing very early with my son and i am showing now already, so could i just be stretching more? it seems like such a stupid question to call and ask my nurse, but i guess they are probably used to weird questions LOL
thanks for any help you can provide.

I was at the mall last night and walked past the maternity section. For some reason I thought "Wouldn't suprise me if someday they had maternity clothes in the Junior department soon."

I mean, what is this world coming to? 13 & 14 yr. old girls having babies when about 3 yrs. before that they were playing with baby dolls? Can we stop this? Is there ANY hope that someday you won't see a pregnant 16 yr. old walking down the street with her 1 yr. old on her hip and her 3 yr. old tagging behind?
