i was wondering when should i call to make an appointment with a obgyn? and when i call to make an appointment what do i say? and when i get there what do i say and do?

you should call an obgyn as soon as you miss your cycle. tell them you want to schedule a pregnancy test b/c you missed your cycle and you want to know are you pregnant. whatever you tell them on the phone, tell them the same thing once you arrive at the office.

Dont be nervous. Call as soon as possible and explain what is going on with your body. If you think you are pregnant, tell them and they will schedule you for a full pelvic exam, pap smear, urine test, blood test, and a few other things. They will probably ask when your last period was so be prepared for that. Treat an obgyn as you would any other doctor.

Call right now. Some doctors wont see you until you are 8-12wks pregnant but some start seeing patients earlier. Say: I just found I'm pregnant and need to make an appoinment for my first ob checkup or to conmfirm the pregnancy". Once you get there they will probably want a urine sample and may do some blood work as well as a vaginal exam.
