MY LAST PEROID WAS THE 13 OF OCT... MY HUSBAND WANT ME TO WAIT A COUPLE OF WEEKS THEN TAKE A TEST . HE DOESNT KNOW THAT I TOOK THIS ONE..SHHH! BUT THE TEST CAME OUT A LIGHT + SIGN .I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS .THANK YOU!

I have to go to two Thanksgiving dinners, my family and my husbands. Has anyone gone through this? I can not handle many smells, and I have a hard time eating anything. I am 10 weeks, so I will be 11 weeks when Thanksgiving comes around, but I am so worried about becoming really sick, any tips on how to get through it???

PS... I have the "morning" sickness 24/7

Yesterday, I asked about accuracy of the Down Syndrome test and got lots of great responses. Thanks, you really helped. But that discussion brought up the amino test. Do it or Not to do it. No matter if this baby is found to have DS my daughter is going to have this baby and it is already loved by so many family and friends. My daughter will have the ultrasound that does all of the measurements next Wednesday. So far, her and her husband are waiting till after the ultrasound to deceide if they should go through with the amino. We are all worried about the risks involved with that test. Any thoughts?

I found out that i was pregant, and last night i could not sleep bc my stomach was uncomfortable and then started to hurt toward my pevic bone, and this morning when i got up and went into the bath room, when i pee, there was alot of blood, could the test be wronge and i just started my peroid about 2 1/2 weeks late, or whats wronge. please help

I had a missed miscarraige in august, it wasn't discovered untill I went for my routine 12 week scan. I had no signs at all of miscarraige and now I'm freaking out at everything, I'm so scared of loosing this baby too

I'm about 5'1, 95 lbs (all of my family are very petite) and at the ob visit last time I had gained 2-3 lbs. I normally have a struggle putting on weight. I just got back from a cruise where I ate constantly and I thought I was showing but I'm back now and cant see it. My dr said I might not show till 4-5 months but I'm worried.

Ok so last monday I was supposed to start my period and this past Monday (a week later) I took a pregnancy test which came out positive so I knew I was pregnant (of course!) So yesterday, Thursday, I start bleeding and having real bad cramps. I go to a local clinic and have 2 pregnancy tests done both came out positive so I was really sure that I was pregnant. Ok so my point is I started bleeding and the nurse from the clinic told me to go to the emergency room because I could be having a miscarriage, so I did and after everything the doc. told me my cervix was closed but there was a chance of miscarrying and that if i started bleeding more that night just to let it go and treat it like a normal period since I was only a couple of wks or a mth into the pregnancy. This morning i'm not bleeding anymore but I do have some cramps. Has this ever happened to anyone and they actually miscarried or has this happened and then stopped and the pregnancy was normal?? Am I going to miscarry?

I have not had any children yet, though i know that I would like to someday, maybe try soon, I have always wondered however how loose does one really become after having a baby vaginally, is it really a big difference? during my c section the epidural stopped working and i was able to feel the operation and tried to get off operating table and had to have a full general anaethetic. i was diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder afterwards and had to have medication and counciling. i did however have the most perfect baby and so dont know if its right to sue!

I need some advice from a woman who is either pregnant or has been pregnant before. I am pregnant right now and of course I am a little emotional. I woke up this morning with a dirty tape in the tape player. I got upset and threw it away. I know our sex life hasn't been great but it hurt my feelings that I caught my husband watching this, especially since we have our own special tape that he could have watched. My feelings are really hurt and when he gets home from work I don't want to blow up on him but I am not handling this well. I was feeling very close to him and we hardly ever have any problems and I am afraid I won't feel as close to him and won't love on him as much because I am upset but I can't act like I don't know. What do I do?

My ex girl friend has recently told me she's pregnant. And were not
sure who the dad is. She has a dating scan on the 6th dec and i can't wait that long.......

So here's the story. We had sex on the 8th and 9th of sept. Her period was due on the 15th of sept and it didnt come till the 17th. The period was lighter and shorter than normal. She said she normally uses 2 boxes of tampons but she didn't even use one box. Shes been pregnant before but on the 12th week, she aborted it. Now, 10 weeks (if I'm the dad that is) on, shes struggling to do her jeans up. In other words shes showing and shes sure its not where shes put on the extra weight because of being pregnant.

What do you think?

Am I a dad or not?

my girl loblg posted a question telling that she was pregnant by rape by another man. and i read it, and most people said i was wrong for not supporting her in keeping the baby. but how would you feel if you or your girl got pregnant by another man and the thought that he took something that was mines! i don't want nor do i feel comfortable taking care of a baby thats not mines. don't tell me i'm wrong because you would probaly feel the same way if it happened to you.

i had unprotected intercourse on 10/25, i was ovulating at the time. my period was due 11/9...normally when i get my period i get a weeks worth of cramps b4. however right now all i feel is really tired, and dizzy sometimes and headaches everyday, i also feel slight pressure sometimes, but its very slight, i feel as though something is going on and i've been urinating a lot sometimes i wake up twice in a night, today i started having this sudden naseau i took a preg test 1 wk ago first response, which came out neg, i think it was too early to test being that it was a week after the act, now i don't have my pd was due 11/9 and i feel no signs of it watsoever. i waiting to take the next test 2wks after i'm late. right now i don't have health insurance still waiting on some paperwork, but i'm planning on going to the doctor in about 2 wks. what are the chances of me being prego? has anyone experinced this? I took a test this morning and it was neg. is there still a possiblity of preg?

My Wife is 24 weeks Pregnant and they say the baby will not survive!!!!!

My wife went 4 weeks ago to the doctor and they said that the baby was 3 weeks behind in development. She went again two days ago and now they say the baby is 5 weeks behind (weighs 7-8oz). There is also very little Amniotic Fluid! The baby is also no longer moving!! This is our first and it took us over a year to conceive... They also put my wife on Labetalol HCL 200mg three times a day to control her high blood pressure at 19 weeks.

What could cause these problems!! My wife had a VERY Healthy Pregnancy until 19 weeks. Now the doctors are telling us we have a 1% chance of the baby surviving :( Please if there is anything we can do to help give our baby a better chance please tell us. (Also my wife quit her job hoping it would help)

Okay this might be a bit silly, but I'm just curious. I'm 12 weeks with number two (yay!) and with my first, I experienced morning sickness, but it wasn't extreme and it wasn't very common. This time, I'm sick all day everyday. Not so much vomiting, but nasous as all get out. SO, I know it can last through out your pregnancy, but it usually ends around 12-14 weeks. Does it suddenly stop? Do you just wake up one morning and feel good? I'm so hoping that is how it happens- lol I'd just like to hear some of your experiences..Thanks so much :)

Has anyone ever got to 12 weeks pregnant and not felt pregnant? I am 13 weeks tomorrow and this week i have felt that i'm not pregnant, i still have the feeling a bit sick but not as much as i have done up to now, i may just be getting to the stage where things are calming down but i am so scared that when i go for my scan they will say the baby has died!! i might just be being silly but i would love to hear from anyone who has felt like this
