Sperm can live inside a woman's body only for up to 7 days, so it is not possible to get pregnant 3 months after having sex. If you are having delayed periods now, it may be possible you got pregnant when you had sex last and are just now beginning to show signs. However, delayed periods can be due to other reasons as well. You can try a home pregnancy test first or call your doctor to set up an appointment for a check-up.

If you are pregnant, you have been pregnant for 3 months. Healthy sperm only live for 3-4 days. Have you had a period since you had sex?

There are lots of other factors that can delay your cycle. Are you under a lot of stress? Exercising more than usual? Changed your eating habits?

The best thing to do is take a test to ease your mind and then see your doctor to find out why your cycles are irregular.

If you have not had sex for 3 months than you are definitely NOT pregnant.
Sperm lives for 72 hours only. After that there is no chance of conceiving. Most people will miss their very next period but some people still have some light bleeding at the same time and won't really "skip" a period until the following month.
However, 3 months is definitely too late.
There are lots of reasons to miss your periods, diet, stress, exercise etc. but if you know you are not pregnant than you should definitely see your Dr. to determine the cause and a treatment.

Highly unlikely, but the odds would be better that you got pregnant 3 months ago and still had some periods, but sounds more like other factors are delaying your periods. If you are still having periods... chances are miniscule that you are pregnant!

No, you can not get pregnant 3 months after sex. If it is true that you did get your period after you had sex. Sperm only survives a few hours after it enters you. Vaginal fluids are acidic and actually kill sperm cells.
