my cylce is every 30 days my last period was on the 4th of november when do i ovulate?

on a 28 day cycle its typically day 14-21 so If you are 30 I would push it back a couple of days. But try Babyzone.com, they have an ovulation calculator that works great.

Around the 20th of November. A 30 cycle will mean your next period will start Dec.3 and you generally ovulate 14 days prior the start of that.

Around the 18th. 14 days after the start of your last cycle. for some people it's days 9 -21. Wash your hands and check to see if your cervix is high or low. When it's so high you can barely reach it with your middle finger, you're probably ovulating. Get busy! Good luck!

13 days after the 4th... day 13 and 14 and 15 are your chances of getting pregnant... Remember sperm can live up to 2 -3 days

try 14 day after the last day of your period
or you can do the temperature thing
take your temperature every morning the day you temp is higher then normal and u are not sick is the day you are ovulating.

I agree with the lady that suggested Babyzone and the ovulation calendar. That is what I used. Or ask your doctor. Good luck to you.
