I recently had sex with my finance' on the 22nd October, which was just after my period. My period is always on time and lasts about four days. A week after we had sex i had light bleeding for two days. I am now not bleeding but still have some stomach pains/cramps. My next period isnt due until the 14th of November.
I have a home preg test to do, but not sure if its too early to do to get an accurate reading.
Im not sure what this means, can anyone help?

- please no negative comments about sex before marriage..or saying i should of used protection. Me and my finance' are trying for a baby.

I am 11 weeks pregnant and i am so ill with flu and what feels like a chest infection!!! did anyone else have anything like this when pregnant or does anyone know of anything i can take?, please help i have phoned my doctor to ask but the god damn NHS is that bad that they are too busy to speak to me!!! I thought that by the 6th month of pregnancy the hormones had calmed down in my gf but i spoke too soon, we got in another stupid arguement and she went off.. How much longer until she returns to her normal self or is this gonna last through the entire pregnancy and a couple months after she has the baby? help me I am sooo tired of going round and round with this woman over nothing every 2 or 3 days,and ladies yes i am understanding and i have been by her side the entire time, i don't yell back at her but it is just really messin with my head i'm tired of biting my tongue i'm ready for this to be over

I am 7 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child and I'm 38, my husband is 40. Our first son is 12 years old. I'm worried how our son will react; I'm worried what people will say. Does anyone have any words of comfort? I have always regretted not having another child sooner, now I'm nervous.

I am 45 and only get a period every six months now, so I presume I am going through the menopause.
My last period was 5 months ago and one b4 that was six months b4 and the one previous to that too.
I was married for 22 years and ex had had the snip when second child was born. so I didnt need to use contraception.
I have been seperated for year and half now and have had a new partner for the past six months.
I dont really want to go on the pill but I also dont wish to get pregnant. I am using condoms at mo but we both hate those. My partner also had come out of a long relationship so we both know that we wont be passing on any std's. Advice please on the chances of me getting pregnant bearing in mind the gap between my periods

I found out today that i am pregnant with my second baby. We told our parents at 5 weeks first time around cos we were so excited, but my sister had a couple of miscarriages recently at around 8 weeks. I know that after 12 weeks is the "safe" time but i'm paranoid that something is going to go wrong this time around.....! When do you think the best time to tell everyone will be?

did it with my bf but forgot to take the pill until we were done, have not skipped any pills this month plus these were the pills that make you have your time of the month-period. what is the chance that something will go haywire/wrong? i am 22 and it scares me since i am working on my degree and so is my bf. ne help plz? should i wait a few days and take a test?

hi i live in toronto and i am currently on EI. and also i am due in 2 weeks for first baby. Will my EI automatically switch to maternity insurance or do i have to do something. Every time i call them they are sooooo bz that it jsut hangs up on its own or they say to call back. I am too tired to sit on the phone for long periods. Anyone been through this , what do i have to do please let me know. Thankyou

When I scratch i get these awful red bumps and little blisters all over my tummy. The more I scratch the more they seem to spread even to the boobies. Is this normal? The red bumps and blisters seem to subside the next day though. Is this normal?

Hi all,

I am now 2 days late on period (but sometimes it fluctuates from 29-30 so I could maybe only be 1 day late). I've been feeling dizzy and nauseated and a few other symptoms so I took a pregnancy test. I bought the First Response test in a package of three. I took the first one the day I bought it and it came up negative. I took the 2nd one the morning and it was negative, and then the 3rd the following morning and that was negative too...but period is still not here and I am still feeling pregnancy symptoms. How accurate are these tests ? Do I have anything to be worried about? It says you can test up to 4 days early with them, so I would assume that the negative is correct..at least I am hoping so. Anyone have this experience?
