I recently had sex with my finance' on the 22nd October, which was just after my period. My period is always on time and lasts about four days. A week after we had sex i had light bleeding for two days. I am now not bleeding but still have some stomach pains/cramps. My next period isnt due until the 14th of November.
I have a home preg test to do, but not sure if its too early to do to get an accurate reading.
Im not sure what this means, can anyone help?
- please no negative comments about sex before marriage..or saying i should of used protection. Me and my finance' are trying for a baby.

the preg test i got is QuickStick, it says it may be used as early as 7-10 days after conception, or the first day of your missed period.
- and the best time to take the test is in the morning right?

Ok it's early for a test..depends on what sort you have to tho? Why not just try it and see what is say's? If it say's neg. now, but you miss your period then try a test again. IF however you try it now and it say's pos. you will know and quit stressing. good luck :)

I think its to early to do the test, but that's more because I don't have a lot of faith in home pregnancy tests as my first 2 pregnancy were negative, but it picked up my last 2 very quickly. The best thing is to wait until a week after you miss your period as it gives time for your hormone levels to rise to a nice high reading and you have a better chance of getting the correct result. you could properly get your blood tested a week before your period is due as it picks up much earlier then the urine test.
The first urine of the morning is best as it has been sitting for the longest time and the hormone levels will be at there highest. The bleeding a week ago may have been implantation but don't get your hopes up until you have the result. Just to prevent getting crushed and disappointed. I wish you all the very best. Good luck.

The best thing you can do is take a blood test to see if you are pregnant, and also an ultrasound,I was 15 when i got pregnant
and the home test did not work for me they came out negative,9 months later there she was, you can go to planned parenthood or one of the women centers in your area and they might help you economically. (the ultrasound is the best to make sure if you
are pregnant that it's not ectopic) GOOD LUCK

it is way to early to tell.. you could have had implantation bleeding or it could just be a random occurrence it has happened to me a couple of time.... in middle cycle I've bleed and though ohh this could be it I could be pregnant but it never turned out that way .... I would test on the day of your missed period.. good luck

it could only be a rash, don't worry, the days you say aren't appropiate to be pregrant, it must have been just a womanish illness... but it's good you see a doctor...
