Yes and yes...
Some women experience a drop in sex drive. Others experience a huge boost. Think like this:
If you were nauseated, achy and tired all the time, and yet you are still in love with a man who gave you this gift and are frustrated b/c you feel so sick, and your privates were so sensitive that anything but cotton boxer shorts made you itch and burn like hell, would you want to even try to make love?
Flip side (what I experienced):
If your body were growing another little person inside, and every time you saw your hubby you wanted to knock him down with gratitude, and your privates were so sensitive that wearing a pair of tight blue jeans could arouse you, what would you do?

It depends on the individual woman I guess. Sometimes woman go thru an unsafe pregnancy and it's difficult to have sex and enjoy when she is bothered by the safety of her foetus. Many women seem to think that it is actually unsafe to have sex during the first 3 months thus this thought leads to almost till the end of her pregnancy trimester. Then there are the other half of women whom embrace the pregnancy and body changes to be more sexy and enjoy every moment of it.

Every woman is different, but I am 31 weeks pregnant and I have had sex maybe 3 times these past 7.5 months-I do not want to do it because my baby moves so much and it's hard for me to stay in the mood when my little daughter kicks non-stop. Thank God my husband feels the same way-

It ebbs and flows. At the beginning, a woman is really tired and most probably couldn't care less. When there are hormone surges, though - watch out! There were times my husband couldn't get through the doorway after work fast enough!!!

It was weaker when I was in the throes of morning sickness. After that subsided it was pretty strong.

Depends - in the first 12wks my libido was non-existent. Now, at 17wks, it's on the rise again. I think it depends on the female, and how the pregnancy is progressing!
