Oh the joys of pregnancy. I had trapped wind, constipation, indegestion, nose bleeds. I had such a great time. Don't worry, its normal for these little annoying things to go hand in hand with being pregnant. If it is really bad let your Doctor or Midwife know when you have your next check up.

I'm not pregnant presently but i had incredible trapped wind with my last one, William. My Mum suffered with me apparently and she suggested thick, gloopy food like custard or rice pudding which helped enormously-and tasted great to boot. Give it a try-there are no side effects to custard or rice pudding and it worked for me.H.

Yeah im 11 weeks & suffering too, i have loads of normal wind too 'not just the trapped kind' which is unusual for me! Its apart of pregnancy!

I got that bad in my first pregnancy. I had peppermint cordial (you can get it from any supermarket) with hot water.
Allow it to cool so its drinkable, I actually really liked it. I also had it in hospital after my c-section (you get really bad trapped wind).
