Pregnancy - October 2006

I have missed a pill this month and did what it said to .take it as soon as you remeber.i dont take it at the same time every day.i am bleeding. i just had my period like 2 weeks ago.and now it felt like i was going to get my period but instead it was dark brown blood with crampsand liter flow than a period. is this happening because i screwed up my birth control

i have screwed up taking it my birth control before and this has not happened. i have only been on it since april of this year but me and my soon to be husband dont use condems or anything cause we have been toghter for 5yrs and trust eachother know notihngs wrong with us and he does sometimes you know in me. so my bleeding could not have anything to do with being pregnant rite

I just had my son a little over two months ago....My dr put me on birth control and told us to wait two weeks..well my husband wouldn't/couldn't wait and we waited only one week before having unprotected sex.....i am breastfeeding....and i haven't had a period yet....is there anyway i could be pregnant again? I didn't think much of it but the other day someone asked me if i was because of the way i've been acting....and then i realized that i did have some of the symtoms. My husband thinks there is no way because i'm breastfeeding...i'm scared that there is a way and that i am...but i'm not sure when to take the pregnancy test? So i guess my question is....could i be pregnant again? Is it normal to not have a period? And when should i take a pregnancy test?

I am 36 weeks preg. I am having contractions like crazy. I went to the hospital two nights ago and they gave me medicine to stop them and they couldnt get them to stop. So they gave me ambien and told me to go home and get sleep. They checked me and said that I was thinning out and soft but had not dilated yet. However my cervix was already in position for labor. I am still having the contractions, sometimes really bad, but now I have this terrible urge to throw up and my stomach is hurting like I have diarrhea. Is this a sign that I am going into labor? I had a friend tell me once she threw up she went straight into labor, so I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this before? and if you have how much longer did it take before you went into active labor?

my last period was on sept 13 ended around the 18-19 i stopped taking bc (yasmin) after the 17th because i was in the hospital and forgot to bring my bc, I had unprotected sex on the 20th and on the 24th but he pulled out on this day. I am really worried that i might be pregnant bc i got pregnant in June i was also not taking my bc except that time i was off the pill for a month this time i was taking the bc normally since july and got my period in July, Aug, and Sept. but missed my pills after the 17th of sept. Could i be pregnant again? I am not feeling any symptons at all, like i did last time i found out i was pregnant. And i should be getting my period next week the 11th if it continues the 28 days. Please someone help me out. I dont understand the whole 28 days/ovulating thing either, so if someone could be so kind to explain that to me as well and if i was in my dangerous days that would be a lot of help. Thanks so much!!

im 17 years old and have had unprotected sex. My last normal period was on 8/28... i began spotting and cramping on 9/20... the spotting was a light brown color.. it lasted for around 5 days and ended... i took a first response hpt on 9/24 and got a negative result.. i also took another hpt on 10/3 but it was negative.. i am also still having symptoms of nausea and vomiting... and i've been unusally tired lately.. im also having some pain in my lower abdomen along with cramping... im not under any unusal stress lately .. i
i would go to a doctor but i have no insurance at this time.

I'm 24 and my boyfriend of 2 years is 27. I am ready to settle down. I'm done with the whole bar thing and everything. The only reason why he still goes to the bar is because he loves to shoot pool.. He says he wants to have kids but not sure when.. What age do men really get into the whole settling down thing.. and also when they have there first child do they change at all or even a little.

I'm due the first week of January. I live in a region that gets plenty of snow during the winter, so I don't know that it would be the best idea to have my shower in December. Is two months before my due date too early to have a shower?

I had my first baby in February and I felt my labour went really well and I was coping fine. However, when I got to pushing nothing was happening and I was told by the midwife that my baby was in the OP position (looking up) and I had to have a forceps delivery and then I haemorrhaged. I was really disappointed as I so wanted a normal birth. Im pregnant again now and want to try and encourage my baby to be in the right position for labour, what should I do? Do you reckon it's the shape of my pelvis...I have a small waist and a very curved ***....maybe my babies can only fit in this way? Also does anyone know of any tonics/herbs i can take to prevent haemorrhage.

I had sex when I was in the last days of my period, I used a condom and also the emergency pill (the next day pill, what's the exact name?)

I am so scared, because my period is late for 10 days...

Sometimes my cycle is ruined by taking this pill, sometimes I get it too early...

days now. the dr said by hcg has gone done and it is consistant with miscarriage-he he has not comfirmed yet. I was just wondering if it could be some fibroid. Has anyone of you had a grey discharge and still continued your pregnancy?

Plz dont freak me out lol..but I am currently 16 weeks and a few days...I have a doc's appointment in two weeks and I am definetly gonna ask the doc. when I go but...I havent felt my baby move yet...is that normal? I know contractions feel like bad cramps but its hard for me to tell since when I used to get my period I always had severe cramps. But heres what I am feeling: BAD abdominal pain not only inlower abdomen, Nauseous, I threw up really bad last night and could barley sleep. This is some of what I feel. Do you think Ijust ate something bad? What EXACTALLY do the contractions feel like? is it only in lower abdomen? Thanks for the help. OH yeah, im 34 weeks pregnant.
