Get a ball of yarn, and have the mother to be stand up in the front of the room. Each guest must cut off a length of yarn, to what they think will fit around her belly. The one with the closest, wins. (We did this, right before I had a 10-pounder. Everyone cut off their lengths, but my grandma just kept goin' and goin..."Ok grams.." "OK GRAMS!!" - yup, she won. right on the mark too.)

You can also do a thing where each guest gives the mom a word of wisdom, they all get put in jar, and the mom reads them aloud & guesses who said what. This is great for small parties.

Pass around a pillowcase with several baby items. A small bottle, a washcloth, a sock, a duckie, teether, nuk, diaper, etc. Each guest only puts their hand in the case, and guesses what the item is just by feeling it. The one with all the correct answers, wins a prize. Believe it or not , not everyone wins. This was a great game that I did for my niece's party, and then she knew what her presents from me would be. I put their packages in a big basket, for her gift.

I never liked the chocolate poopie in diapers game. Personally, it never got good reviews at any party that I've been too, and it's not really a pleasant subject.

You can do the "blind diapering game" - have everyone try to diaper a small doll, while blindfolded. The old-school way was to do this with a cloth diaper & pins, but with little kids & old people, I've always used the safer route and used a regular pampers.

There's a lot of websites where you can find free printable bingos, word searches, and such. Don't do a crossword, not really fun for people who aren't in the mood for thinking. I would keep the games to a minimum, they can get pretty time consuming with larger groups. The most of the time should be spent on chatting, and opening presents.

if everyone that is going to the party know eachother, get there baby pictures and hang the baby pictures on the wall or copy the pictures on paper and pass a piece of blank paper out and have them line up the baby pictures with the people that are there. Who ever has the most or all right gets a prize.

Do the one they showed on The Girls Next Door, get diapers, # them 1, 2, 3 to whatever and put different types of melted chocolate candy in them and see if they can figure out what type of chocolate they are. The person who guesses the most right answers wins.
