It's not unusual to be naseaous with labor, or even throw up. What you are feeling is similar to labor pains, however, it really sounds more like something you ate. 34 weeks isn't dangerous, but hopefully you are not in labor because the baby benefits by staying inutero at least 38-39 weeks.
The way you will tell is, if it's labor you are feeling the pains will keep getting stonger and more frequent.
True labor TYPICALLY starts in the lower back, but every woman and every pregnancy is different. There is almost no exact rules. Braxton-Hicks, or false/practice contractions, will often trigger the true pains, which feel the same initially. It's a tightening sensation, sort of like a menstrual cramp, but in active labor can even feel like cramps that are mildly convulsing. (I did this with my daughter- 2nd pregnancy.)
With my first 3, I induced labor by walking for hours... Basically, I turned the false contractions into true ones. But with my last baby, labor was induced by the doctor via pitocin and manually breaking my water.

Some people have only belly pain with contractions, and others, usually due to the way the baby is coming down into the pelvis, seem to have more severe pain in lower back. I think if pains get regular and last longer, the longer you hurt, it is sign of true labor. False labor can hurt too, but usually doesn't just keep increasing in intensity. Of course leaking fluid from vagina or vaginal bleeding would tell me you're in labor.

To me contractions felt like a dull pain in my lower abdomen and my lower back. Kind of like I was on my period adn getting back cramps. My labor pains were mainly in my back. They were consistant and they wouldn't come and go they would just stay there. If your pains are on and off you should start timing them!

sounds like you just have a stomach bug.. i sure hope so, 34 weeks is too soon be to having a baby. Contractions are a hardening/tightning of the stomach, more so than a cramp or pain. eventually they get SO tight that it causes pain yes, but they dont usually start out as beign sharp pains. they also go around your entire belly... not just low.

Sounds like you are having Braxton Hicks contractions. Basically, they're contractions that dont intent hard work, simply your frame making ready itself. they are able to occur as early because the moment trimester and dont imply hard work is coming. Ofcourse if they're a consistent factor like each and every 10 mins, youngster is generally at the approach.

It sounds like Braxton Hicks to me, but Id call the Doc just in case. If they are really contractions there are meds they can give you to try to slow them down so your baby isnt born too soon.
You wont be the first woman to call or go in and find out nothig is wrong!

SOUNDS LIKE YOU ATE SOMETHING THAT DIDN'T AGREE WITH YOU AND IT CAUSED YOU DISCOMFORT IN YOUR LOWER ABDOMEN FROM THE STRAIN OF VOMITING. MY CONTRACTIONS WAS ALWAYS IN MY LOWER BACK UNTIL MY LAST PREGNANCY. IT IS TOO SOON FOR YOU TO BE HAVING CONTRACTIONS. LAY DOWN AND GET SOME REST. TRY TO RELAX.

I would not take any chances. I would go straight to the ER or your doctor and find out. It may be nothing but it could be early labor and they can do things to stop the labor. DON'T WAIT!!!! If you are in active labor the baby will need a shot to help develop its lungs.
