Are my chances big?

Question

I had sex when I was in the last days of my period, I used a condom and also the emergency pill (the next day pill, what's the exact name?)

I am so scared, because my period is late for 10 days...

Sometimes my cycle is ruined by taking this pill, sometimes I get it too early...

What do you think?

yeah, that's the name, the morning after pill.

Also, how many times can you take that pill, I think that also is the problem, they told me only 2 times in your life, but I think I have taken it more that 6 times in this 2 years!

I don't use that pill as a contraceptive method! I use the condom!

I take it, because I suffer from paranoia, and sometimes just having dry sex (fully clothed) makes me think I am going to get pregnant and so I took it.

I know it sounds stupid, but I suffer from paranoia (I see a shrink)

You used a condom and the Plan B emergency contraceptive, so I would say there is almost zero chance you are pregnant.
Your period was thrown off by the morning-after pill, which is why you are late.

My concern is that you are taking the morning-after "emergency pill" as a regular method of birth control. That is SOOOOOOO bad for you, honey. It is meant to be used in emergencies, not on a regular basis. You are getting a mega-load of hormones every time you take a morning after pill. It causes nausea, vomiting, etc. and can be very unpleasant. Why are you doing this?

Please get on regular birth control that you take every day. Or get the birth control patch or the birth control ring or Depo Provera injections or the Mirena IUD. You will be healthier for it.

Go to Planned Parenthood to get birth control. You only pay what you can afford.

I would say pretty low. Your period may be late due to the stress your putting on your body worrying about being pregnant.

If you've taken the morning after that many times in the last two years, you really need to take a hard look at your lifestyle and make some changes before something serious happens to you...there are more dangerous things out there than just getting pregnant

take a PT just to make sure that your not, the pill that you took is called poisoner 2, or the morning after pill which yo can only get from a hospital or a RN, i don't think you are as you took this pill within 24 hours it sounds, get the PT called first response, its reliable and it's never given me the wrong result... good luck, hope this helped

I would think that the chances that you are pregnant are slim, although anything is possible. If you are really worrying about it that could make your period late too. (Stress)

I would take a pregnancy test to ease your mind. Then you will know, one way or the other, and be able to take the next step, whatever that may be.

I would say you should take a pregnancy test to be sure. The morning after pill probably messed with you cycle, but it will put your mind at ease to take a test.

take a test if your so weird u used a condom and you also used a back up method as well i would not be to weird i don't think there is that big a chance but take a test to make you feel a little better

u should take a pregnancy test right away and don't be scared if u used a condom then u should be fine but if u find out that u are pregnant then u need 2 consult a doctor but first your mother!!!!!

I think you need to quit using the morning after pill as birth control and keep your legs shut- Just my opinion.

sometimes if your on the pill the first few days you won't have a regular period but other than that if there was no Penetration then don't worry---Your not pregnant--good luck

the morning after pill is not birth control. sounds like you need to get your parania problems fixed and stay out of relationships and out of bed until you can handle yourself
