Eeek! I'd have left it much longer to fall pregnant again, as if your body hasn't had sufficient time to recover, you'll find that you're likely to experience the same thing again...or maybe even worse this time, resulting in a c-sec.
However, you are preg, so there's not much else you can do. Arnica is good to take to prevent bruising and excessive bleeding, and you should also get some Almond Oil and rub it over your lady bits daily, to help stretch the area out.
Having a small waist and a curved bum won't effect labour in anyway? Is this you trying to make out to us that you've got a great body, so much so that the doc's have to comment on it? The only medical condition that could prevent a baby turning properly, would be a tilted or overly small pelvis.

My son was in the OP position before he was born, and i delivered him in that position and had awful back labour (although i didn't have a forceps labour, i just ignored my midwives intructions and kept on pushing when i should have been panting. LOL), i don't think that there is much you can do about this pregnancy because every baby and pregnancy is completely differently.
Sometimes things don't work out the way we'd like them to but thank god that your child was born healthy
Congratulations on your pregnancy and good luck with your new baby x x x x x

All pregnancies are different. I have had 4, my first was 2months prem and I was convinced the next one was going to be, she wasnt and neither were any of the others. All labours are different. If your labour was a problem speak to you midwife and you may get to be kept an eye on by the consultant. As for encouraging the baby to change position, I dont think there is anything you can do, I know it is very dangerous to try to attempt to move their position yourself. Good Luck it will fine :)

the only thing i can tell you is my own experiences.
my daughter, 1st born was similar to yours, i thought that was a natural birth??
i lost lots of blood but i don't know if it was classed as a hemorrhage.
i did have a blood transfusion.
my second ,my son was born by c section but only because he was too big too deliver naturally.
if i had the choice i would go with the first anytime, it was so much easier even with the troubles.
no two pregnancies or births are alike. this experience will be better or worse but for sure not the same.
try not to worry, keep your blood levels up by getting plenty of iron and any herbalist shop will tell you if there are any supplements, doesn't mean they'll work though.
good luck, how ever it goes, your new baby, that's waiting to meet you will be worth it all x

The position of the baby is random, will be different from pregnancy to pregnancy. You cannot force the baby into a certain position. Any position before 36 weeks means nothing anyhow because the baby would move around. After that, it is a little harder for them to move due to lack of room, but still they can. You can try pelvic tilts, etc before your labor IF you know the baby is in the wrong position.

I had a very pregnancy and then a difficult birth with my first two children, but my third was a doddle and he was the biggest baby I had at 9lbs and 5oz he was nearly two foot long when he was born(very long for a baby). So it doesn't necessary follow, although I will say that because the staff knew what happened with the first, it made it easier for the second one. Congratulations, don't worry and take care of yourself.

My daughter was inverted until the last week of pregnancy . My wife had to do exercises with her hips while sitting on one of those large inflatable balls.
Ask your physio or doctor about exercises to help the baby to turn.
