I just found out I am pregnant with a grl..my boyfriend really wanted a boy...how can I get him excited about my baby grl, I know he will love her thats not the problem he just had his heart set on the boy

Hello, I just found out I was pregnant. I am about 7 weeks. I have to wait to see my doctor, so I want some advice. I have these light menstrual like cramps that come and go all the time. They aren't really painful but is this normal? Thanks so much if any can relate!

Am on the 12th day of brown spotting. Any thoughts on this? Had a shorter, somewhat lighter period on July 12 that only last aout 2 days then started this spotting July 27. Going to the dr. tomorrow but anyone else ever have this?

okay me and my husband have been trying for a baby. we had sex around the time i was ovulating. now i'm getting these period like cramps. period not due till nex week. i am tired more, my breast dont hurt. i feel sick sometimes. i dont want to take a test until i missed my period. can some one please tell me whats going on. i usually get period cramps the day before my period but not a week. i also feel a little bloated. Please help me!!!

Im pregnant and due in september there are days when i only feel the baby kick a few times during the day. Is that something i should be worried about ? it used to kick alot more but its slowed down a great deal anyone else having the same problem, or has anyone else had this problem

Almost everynight i usualy dream about babies, i mean in my dreams i am seeing really cute babies, but they are not mine and i am not married to anybody. but i love that cute babies they look so chubby i feed them using feeding bottle, cerelacs like that... wht does this mean, why do i dream like this? i was never been pregnant before, not pregnant now and not trying to be a mother soon.i do love a man but he is not giving enough love what i expect, he is running around the bush coz he need beautiful girls and he just want to have me...

I am 10 wks pregnant. I was wondering if anyone else is having really weird dreams and can't sleep at night. It seems like just about the time I get comfortable enough to go to sleep I start having a crazy dream....like people breaking into the house. Stuff like that. Any suggestions on how to stop these dreams and get some sleep?

Why don't doctors let you choose what type of delivery you want?
C-sections are safe (I really don't want lectures from the all-natural crowd here-I've known enough people who've had them), inductions happen every day. If you're past your 37th week and complication-free, why not do it?
It just seems that you go through enough in 9 months-couldn't when and how you deliver be something you can have control over?

Can anyone please help me with the first symptoms of pregnancy, yes my breasts are tender, alittle more than usual!, but I dont feel anything else. My stomache isnt hard ( I have been told that this happens) im not peeing constantly, just sometimes by belly pops out and I do look pregnant. My partner would be so pleased if I was but Im not so exstatic about it as we are going through a rough patch, I think a baby may make thing more difficult. Iv also become alot more emotional over the past couple of week. please help.

and it was negative.... I DO NOT want to be pregnant and I am on B/C. Was just confused on how a pregnancy test can be + and blood test be -

Just a wonder-If I tested + on Answer Early and it were a true +, I would have to have HCG in my blood so therefore the blood test would have been positive right. Otherwise, how could the HPT pick it up and NOT a blood test. Weird.

I have never planned to have babies, but am now with a lovely man who wants to have some some day, so I am trying to consider the possibility with an open mind.

I can't get the hideous thought of being ill for 9 months and then in agony for days and having my private bits all torn up and stiched back together. Its like knowing that one day I'm going to be tortured and screaming and that I'll have to face it.

I'm just going mental about this, I can't stop thinking about it even though it wouldn't happen for years. I don't even enjoy sex so much any more because I know that one day my 'bits' will be ripped up and I can't get the image out of my head. What do other women do when facing this nightmare? How do you all cope?

I am a 18yr old female, & in the 1st stages of pregnancy. I have always wanted to be a mam, but have always been shook up about the labour & giving birth. Now im pregnant, the nerves are really kicking in....even tho i cant wait to be holding my baby in my arms. I must think negative all the time about what if i loose the baby during pregnancy or have a still birht or something. I am excited but so nervous. I think its more of the labour i am worried about, but would also be worried about having a ceserian>

How long after a miscarriage will a pregnancy test show negative? Does there have to be heavy bleeding? Could there be any other explaination for bleeding at 8 weeks? I'm sorry for this type of question, I'll delete it soon. I will be calling my OB in a little while, but they don't open until 9am (it's 7:30am here).
