Could be implantation bleeding. That's where the egg implants into the wall of the uterus. That can cause some spotting. IF it is that, it is totally normal and nothing to worry about.

Have you ever been told that you have a tilted uterus? Sometimes all of the blood does not come out during your period. Your next period or sometimes betweeb periods you can get pooled blood flow. This is blood that has collected in a "pocket" of your uterus and has now found its way out.

I've heard about that kind of thing twice.
Once, it was stress. stress creates all kinds of havoc.
Another time, it was flu. Illness affects periods also.
Have you tried a pregnancy test?

sometimes our periods are irregular, for instance last month I recieved mine twice in one month, I went to the doctor and he put me on the pill to make my period more regular.
