Pregnancy - July 2006

I've been having headaches for the last month (I'm 18wks pregnant) but at all my doctors appts. my blood pressure has been perfect. I work outside at our apartment pool in the heat thur-sun 12pm-5pm. I get hot and that also causes headaches (I do drink PLENTY of water though). After work today I went to the grocery store, and used one of those pharmacy blood pressure machines, it said it was 150/74 with a heart rate of 112!!!!! Last week it was A LOT lower than that like 109/74 and 87hrt???? Could it be the heat and the rushing around or am I developing preeclampsia. I'll ask my doc but today's Sunday. Just wanted some insight for now. Thanks 1st pregnancy!!!

I'm in my first trimester and I used to jog and do tae bo and crunches. My doctor told me that it's better for me to walk and to not do taebo, but didn't tell me anything about crunches...are they safe? :-)

Okay, I am 37 weeks pregnant, and here within the past couple days my "discharge" has changed dramatically. It was just the normal creamy white thick discharge that came occasionally, now it's more of a "gel" clear liquid that is a LOT thinner and has a different smell to it all together, almost a musty smell, in a way. It also is coming out more often, and in larger amounts.

Is this indicating anything that my body is getting ready to go into labor soon, or is this just something normal?

(I would appreciate serious answers only please). Thanks!

I'm in my first trimester and I feel incredibly tired! Really I feel like my legs and arms weigh a ton! What causes this?? Is it because I'm eating too much or is it normal?
(Today I ate: 2 egg whites, 2 tortillas, 1 strip of bacon, a peach, a pear, and 2 hot dogs) (Yikes! That's a LOT lol, but is that the cause of my extreme fatigue?)

Here is the question.

A person has a certain # reading for glucose after eating.

A pregnant woman in the last couple of months, might have a higher reading than a normal person, just because of the pregnancy thing.

I want to know about how many points higher will a pregnant womans # be. 20, 50, 100, does someone have any idea.

I am 37 weeks and I can't sleep at night, I can't walk for long periods of time, and just can't get comfortable at all. I have consulted my doc and he just says IT'S NORMAL. But that really don't help! Any advise?????

My boyfriend and I are going to try right after I have the baby I'm carrying now for another one as soon as it's ok'd by the doctor. I have a condition that could sterilize me later in life but won't have an effect on the children I have now. What are the chances compared to waiting after I have my son for me to have multiples? I would like to know so I can prepare myself. I got pregnant the first time we had ever had sex and here I am almost 4 full months along. My family has a long history of multiples as does his. I'm just wondering whether multiples will be more likely right after I give birth to my son and if so how much more likely.

is it possible that when i was on the pill from may 13th to june 30 that it didn't actually work and i cud b pregnant. but i still ke[t on gettin my period every month. it wud of been light cos i was on the pill

Either the kind you paint on (Crest night effects) or the strips. I've just noticed since I've been pregnant my teeth aren't as white as they were before (which is strange, because I've cut out all coffee, tea, and soda) so I was just curious...anyone know? Thanks.
