Yes, even a small penis can get you pregnant. It's the sperm that comes out that does the trick!
When a man ejaculates, his sperm is shot into to you at a fast rate. There's a lot of power behind that sperm! This is so that it can get inside the uterus and fallopian tubes as quickly as possible and fertilize the egg. Sperm only lives 1-5 days inside the female body, so it has to be in a hurry.

Yup.....my best friend says her hubby is on the lower-than-average side. She has 2 kids to him.
Not sure if this was a coincidence or not, but she told me to lie on my back with a pillow under my hips for about a 1/2 hour after the "deposit" is made. My hubby and I did this and we got pregnant on the first try....again, that may have been a fluke. But it if is, it is a fluke that worked for both of us.
