I always had an irregular period! Ever since my first one, and I've been getting mine for about 10 years! I also have an 18 month old daughter who came as a surprise! You just have to act like a bunny and get to it! I think that theres only 3 day out of a period cycle that women can get pregnant anyway! So if your irregular and can't figure out when your ovulating from an ovulation chart, just do it every chance you get! Plus it's more fun that way!

Only 1 in four women get pregnant every cycle (does that make sense?) It took me 6 months of not trying not to have a baby to get pregnant with my son, and six months of trying to get pregnant with my daughter. If your periods are that irregular, tho, it sounds like something else may be going on. Go to your Gyno, and let him know. They can do blood tests to determine if you have a hormonal problem that is preventing you from getting pregnant, and give you shots if that is the problem. Good luck!

Go to your doctor and talk to him/her about this...perhaps you can get on birth control to help make you more regular...then come off and try to have a baby....there are many options out there that your doctor would be happy to help you with i'm sure..or you can go and buy one of those home ovulation kits to monitor when you ovulate and have sex when you know you're fertile....good luck!!

I would say to try to buy a monitor to to tell you when you are ovulating then that may help if that don't work talk to your doc.
and the stress is nothing good that will help become pregnant but you can always try the monitor. good luck

I would see your ob/gyn about this. There are tests they can run to see if there is a problem. Plus, they can help you track your periods to time when your most fertile days are.
If there is a problem, then your doctor can help you correct it or help you with other options, like intrauterine insemination or invitro fertilization.

My friends kept trying for 7 years. They decided to give up on the idea and went on vacation to Hawaii, just to RELAX and enjoy themselves. She came back pregnant.

You should go to a gynecologist for exam and tests - maybe your hormones are off or something. Best to know so you can get on with baby-making happily.
