how to know my fertile days if my period is irregular..i had it 3rd of july this month and might get late 15 days?plzzzzzzz give me exact days...love ya all

If you count the first day of your period as the first day of your cycle, the 11th to about the 14th maybe 15th day of your cycle will be your fertile days. Also a good way to check is if your mucous is elastic instead of sticky. You can also use a basil thermometer. Put it on your nightstand and take as soon as you wake, as you can't get an accurate temp if you get up, go to the bathroom, drink fluids. If your temp spikes two or so degrees from 98.6 you are fertile. Protected sex is the best unless you are trying to get pregnant.

Unfortunantly with irregular cycles there is no way to know when you will be fertile. You should try temping your basal body temps for a few cycles and it will help determine if you are ovulating at all and if so when. Go to www.fertilityfriend.com and you can chart for free--all you need to get is a basal body thermometer (about $7 at walmart). Also, pick up the book taking charge of your fertility by toni weschler.

go to www.americanbaby.com they have an ovulation calcutator i used it and it helped us get pregnant within a month! it'll show you your most fertile days. it's also how i figured out i was prego with my 2nd lol

get on birth control pills for a couple months to regulate your periods

get and at home ovulation kit the will tell you when you are ovulating. Good luck it will tell you a percise time and you will know when it's best to get pregnat
