Here is the question.

A person has a certain # reading for glucose after eating.

A pregnant woman in the last couple of months, might have a higher reading than a normal person, just because of the pregnancy thing.

I want to know about how many points higher will a pregnant womans # be. 20, 50, 100, does someone have any idea.

The glucose reading shouldn't really be any higher just because a woman is pregnant
Unfortunately I'm from Canada so our blood glucose numbers are different then in the states (mmol/L) so I can't tell you what the exact range is for you. Our normal range is 3.5-7.5 mmol/L

Blood glucose remains the same. 70-140 is considered the normal range. However the glucose levels in urine are often higher during pregnancy.

That is why most Doc. have the glucose screen as a test to see what it is or should be. Ask a OB\GYN!
