I'm 8 in a half mths pregnant, and you probably already know that hr hits me. And I think my boyfriend is jealous because when I talk to my baby she gets active, and move around a lot. And when my boyfriend talk to her she dont move and I think he gets mad because she dont do nothing. Do you think its that serious??

He has 3 girls already and this will be my first child. (His 4th) But he don't get to see his other kids. He is really happy that we are having a baby. I find out what i am having on Wed. He can't come with me to the hospital when i find out. I was thinking about waiting until Father's Day, but how could i tell him? I don't want to just say It's a Girl! or It's a Boy!..... I want to make it more special if it's a boy because that's what we are hoping for even though i would love to have a girl, it would be a new experience for him. (I'm 17 he is 25)

i'm 3 cm dialated and 70% effaced. how long will it take me to get 100% effaced. and when i get 100% effaced, will i start dialating?

I know of a 14 yr. old who is going to be forced into terminating a pregnancy she wants to carry to term. The father which is 17 agrees and his parents say they will take custody after the baby is born so they may continue their education. Even though the parents are minors do they have any legal rights

I am 20 years old and Im 37 weeks pregnant my due date is june 30th based on the date of when I took the pregnancy test and not when my last period was on August 21st last year. The baby weighs 8lbs 3oz and I am past full term and the baby is also breached, but my OB/GYN is going to wait until the 28th of june to take her out by c-section. By then she will way almost 10lbs. Should I confront the doctor and tell them to take her out sooner or just let it be? LOL just keep in mind this is my first baby.

i am 36 weeks pregnant and have been going into labor for 2 months. i was on the breathien but am not any more. i lost my mucous plug about 2 weeks ago, i am 3cm dialated and 70% effaced. does anyone no about how llong it will be before i have the baby. and how long does it take to get 100% effaced. and is there anything i can do to speed this up? i am so tired of suffering with these contractions. thanks to anyone who can help me out!!!!

i am having very little food....coz i dont feel like eating....i really want to eat a lot...but i jst cant...i am 23 week preg now.morning i have tea with biscuit then three or four glass fruit juice(apple/carrot/orange) some figs...then something like bread(not all these at one time but one day).and at night 2 or 3 chapatis with curry.will this effect my baby?
i dnt feel dizzy no cramps nothing .i am doing really fine but is it the same with baby?i started feeling movemnts....neway.

My blood pressure has been about 90/60 give or take a little, and i've always had the lightheadedness and dizziness esp when I first stand up. Not to mention the irregular heartbeat and unexplainable headaches, although i've never been put on meds just the occasional bedrest. Since I've been pregnant it has gotten worse.... how big of a problem is this...

Hey everyone, hope all is well...

I have some concerns over my recent episodes of light spotting. I am in my second trimester (21 weeks) and every appointment and ultrasound has shown a healthy baby boy with a good heart rate.
However, I have had a few episodes of spotting in the last month and a half. Each were very light and either pinkish or light brown, and short lived. My midwife didn't seemed to be too concerned, and after the first episode the pelvic exam showed that everything was fine. They thought it could be related to sex or possibly a mystery.
This morning I had another very quick episode (VERY light, lasted about 10 minutes). It is frustrating for me, because I have abstained from sex but had just fooled around with my fiance beforehand. (It was his birthday! ) There was no penetration, though.
In any case, these episodes of spotting have me very stressed out. Although I have read up quite a bit on the cervix and it's vascular tendancies during pregnancy, I was mainly looking for some support from any other women who experienced mystery spotting like this in their second trimester. It would be great to know that I'm not alone!

Two months ago I went into the hospital for side pains and found out i had a tubual pregancy. It was sugically removed, but not before i bled out one liter of blood. I've had my post-op check up and everything was normal, and i'm defintely not pregnant anymore but I still haven't had a period yet. I was just wondering if it's normal to wait this long, or maybe my body's still in shock from the trama or what?

I'ts me again. Today is my due date and I am so ready for this baby to be born. I've heard that sex and walking help labor start. Well, I've tried both today to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions? I know the bottom line is she will come when she is ready but should I walk some more or what?
