Try to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day. This helped me out alot with heartburn and my metabolism. eat your tea and biscuit when you get up, but try to eat some fresh fruit a little later. Then have a sandwich and some carrot sticks. You need to try to get some more calories in, and I always found it easier to eat fresh fruits and veggies. If you dont want to eat any more try to get some ensure, they make it for expectant mothers now. That will help with the nutriants and calories you need.

Here are some things that could help with you being sick all the time.

Eat small frequent meals every 2-3 hours- 2 to 3 ounces of carbohydrates and protein are best- try a peanut butter sandwich, or a ham sandwich.

Eat saltine crackers or bread before getting out of bed in the morning and through the day.

Eat or drink something sweet- fruit, fruit juice- before getting out of bed in the morning and before going to bed at night.

Avoid food with strong, offensive oder, citrus fruits, greasy and spicy foods, and fatty foods.

Increase your rest.

At bedtime try 1/2 unisom tablet or 100 mg B6 twice a day.

Take your prenatal vitamin at night, before bed. Sometimes they can upset your stomach and if you take them before bed, your asleep when they kick in.

Eat anything that you feel you can handle. I would stay away from very much caffine. It can upset your stomach. Switch your tea to fruit juice and see if it helps.

The more protein and carbs you can get, the better off you will be. If you can't eat anything other then this, your prenatal vitamin will take up most of the slack.

If you are really worried, talk to your doctor at your next appointment. They can prescribe something to help you with morning sickness.

you really should try to get in a some more calories (healthy ones).

i had a hard time eating when I was pregnant too... finally i broke it down into 5 small meals a day (instead of 2-3 big ones) and that made me feel better

You dont need to eat fatty. Jeez what do you think? Yes you need to eat you are pregnant. If you do not eat 5 cans of spam a day it can affect your baby. What kind of a parent-to-be are you? Maybe you should put your child up for adoption, because you obviously dont know what you are doing.
