i'm 3 cm dialated and 70% effaced. how long will it take me to get 100% effaced. and when i get 100% effaced, will i start dialating?

It could take a while. I was 3 cm dialated and 50% effaced for nearly a month before I went into labor. I also lost my mucous plug 2 weeks before labor. Each person is different, and each labor is different. What happens with one pregnancy/birth may not happen the next!

It all depends on the woman. Some dialate and efface, some do it both at the same time, some efface and then dialate. Your body will do it all. There is no time limit to how long it will take, it's different with each person.
Sometimes it can depend on what baby it is- if it's your first, it will probably take longer then if it was your fifth.
Some women can walk around for weeks being that far dialated and nothing happens, some go within a few days or less. Like I said, it just depends on the woman.

It depends on the person. I dilate and fully efface in 24 hours or less. I have girlfriend who always start dilation week before delivery.

You are getting really close. Could be a couple hours or could be a few days, just depends on your body. WALK WALK WALK it's the best way to get things going. ( or good night of hot sex)

It really depends on the person. No doctor can tell you how long it will take for you.
