Whatever you do don't get over stressed. This can caused the babies to be born premature and possibly with mental illnesses but I think you may be past that stage by now but I'm not 100% sure. Also eat right and don't over-do your eating. But my mom drank a gallon of milk a day when she was pregnant with me and I'm 6'2", she's 5'3" and my dad's 5'10". I'm the tallest genetic member of both sides of my family and I'm only 14.

I would talk to your doctor and see what they want you do and not to do. If you haven't had any restrictions placed on you, then it should be fine to do whatever makes you comfortable. Triplets are hard to carry anyway, so if you are too worn out, or can't do that much, it's understandable. Get help from your significant other/friends/family to do the stuff you aren't able to do right now. Don't push yourself too hard to do things that make you uncomfortable or make you too tired. You need to take care of yourself right now.

This is pretty normal, especially, I'd imagine, for having triplets.
