ok... i have not used protection in over 1 yr and we both are willin to have kids but.. here recently i have been havein really bad pains in my lower stomach. I have my period sumtimes reg and sumtime non reg. I have gain weight ( lots like from 115 to 140 ) in the past 3 months. so please give me the best advice. i don't have insurance and i have took a home preg test 2 and half weeks ago. ( it says neg) soo please help me the best way u can thank you

I am 32 and 11 weeks , some one told me that it is not a good idea to have this test as the result is not %100 and my Dr has left it on me to take or not? I am a bit scare...what do you think?

Of all the things that i am planning for my new arrival, i am stuck as to what i name my child if it is a boy!

I have plenty of girls names, but i have no idea as to any boys names....

The surname the baby will have is TAYLOR, so if anyone could suggest some first and middle names that would sound good with taylor that would be great!!!

A couple we have been friends with for the past 2 years just had a baby boy.

Before my wife got pregnant we told them the name we picked out for a boy: Jack. Well they said they would never pick that name and my wife was relieved about their decision.

Now they named their baby Jack! My wife was upset and said she didn't know if she still wants to name our unborn son Jack! She said it will be weird since our friends' child has the same name and feels like it's no longer "her name" for her baby anymore.

I say it sucks they picked the same name, but we decided on this name TWO YEARS AGO and it won't be weird since we only see them once a month.

I told her its not just their name and its okay for us to name our baby what we want. Who cares if they think we "stole" their name!

I just had my second doctor's visit which consisted of a PAP Smear and Breast exam! (This is my first pregnancy)
I was seeing my regular doctor who is a man and I know him from church and I hang out with his wife and kids, and he is a great guy and i trust him, BUT... i wasn't completely comfortable with him poking and proding *down there* so i asked if I could see a female doctor instead!
I went today and I thought she was very rude to me! My husband and I were both virgins before we got married and never slept around! She was surprised that I wasn't tested for HIV and seemed skeptical that i was a virgin before getting married! She also went on about how i had lost 4 pounds and how she wanted to put me on something for nausea (Altho I have yet to throw up! I'm 8 weeks!) to help me have an appetite! And what really topped it off was she was surprised at how at my age (21) I have yet to have a PAP. I have only been married for a year and was planning on one before i got prego!

It seems as if Hollywood is always influencing the rest of the world in some way, whether through eating disorders or fashion sense. I have noticed there are a lot of actors and actresses having children before they marry. It wouldn't be so bad if media didn't hype it up as much. Do you think this will cause more children to be born out of wedlock or most importantly that the parents feel it's alright? I just think teens watch too much t.v. and now their favorite actresses or actors are having children before marriage and I think it is a bad influence. Don't get me wrong, if a child is born out of wedlock (as long as that child is born into love unconditionally) it isn't neccessarily wrong, but I just think media is making a big deal and it's going to cause problems. Look how many girls had or have eating disorders because their favorite stars are paper thin and they want to be too. I'm sure I will get flamed but I just wondered what everyone else thinks....

I sat with my friend at the ER all day yesterday. She took a preg. test over the weekend (3, actually) and all were positive. That night, she began bleeding. She had bled off and on since she came off of her pills. She began bleeding (heavier than just spotting), and it got worse the next morning (yesterday), so I took her to the hospital after her doctor stated that they could not fit her in and that she should go to the ER. The hospital staff stated that the hormone showed up in her blood test, but that nothing was observed in the ultrasound. The staff could not tell us anything except that she "might or might not be" pregnant. She saw her doctor this morning and was told that the hormone levels (around 33.7, I believe, had not changed, so she is scheduled to go again Friday to see what has changed. Has anybody experienced this gone on to have a normal pregnancy? At this rate, nobody knows if she is pregnant or miscarried, and we're worried. She's currently on bedrest.
